Stack Moxie has significant number of integrations which is critical for MOPs / system monitoring and is backed by a truly stellar and passionate team. It's easy to use and setup.

No matter how many people I hired, I could never test every scenario before launching. And when I ran out of time for launch testing and skipped some scenarios, it was ALWAYS the edge cases that broke. When running an agency, I could never really know that people had tested everything thoroughly - because the last step of testing is to delete the test data. This technology tells me that every edge case is working, that my team did the work to test it right.
The UI is still a little clunky. It takes me just as long to set up and run a test as it used to take me to manually run a test ... but once that test is set up, it only takes me a second to run it again. And the SM customer success folks are always willing to get that all set up for me if something big is launching.
We are startup and growing quickly, so new people are always joining that can't possibly understand the dependencies and intricacies of getting a new campaign up and out the door. I like that a test or a template lets them move fast and break less, while making sure our customers and prospects have a great experience and don't hear crickets, see broken links, 404 errors.

Some of the UI is still ‘raw’ feeling. However, their onboarding completely makes up for this and suggestions you have on the product are listened to.
The important processes that are ‘always on’ are being continuously monitored for me (peace of mind). While the time it takes to QA builds that are reoccurring like webinars and gated assets are largely automated (time save).
Their product is always evolving too. I feel like I will always be scratching the surface of the tool’s capabilities… a very good thing.

We were setting up for a website relaunch and wanted to set benchmarks for performance. We were able to make a solid, smooth transition as well as identify areas for optimization.
Stack Moxie helps us a whole lot by replacing a department of testers. We can use an all in one software to test web pages, landing pages and systematically test our integration systems.
It's not the most user friendly software out there. That said, once you learn it, it's like riding a bike. I will say that when I trained our team in it, it took them a while, but anything worth doing is worth the struggle.
Integrating our test pages and link testing. We used to pay folks to manually test, and that still happens on occasion, but 90% of our link testing, page testing, system checks, etc. are done by stack moxie.
