It has increased the efficiency of our other ArcGIS products. The task manager ability has been extremely helpful as well as the ability to integrate between ArcGIS applications.

I liked how the platform was user-friendly and very interactive. I work in Operations, so after using many workflow tools, I can say that it does covered all my use cases.

I wish there was a small course teaching us about this tool and if the course is segregated into different segments. I don't know if they have that already. Otherwise I currently have no issues.

So I have to design different workflows at my work like order process, purchase order, etc and through this tool it helps me to design a very cohesive and user-friendly chart.

Easy to use software with many interactive programs and exercises to fully learn GIS.

Software froze occasionally and lagged frequently. Also, some instructions were a little vague and hard to understand.

Provided applicable, hands on skills, which were very useful for a recent graduate who didn't have a lot of work experience.
