My day to day job is working with GTFS data and create route profiles as well as assessing transportation performance. ArcGIS GeoEvent has efficient the achievement of work scopes.

one of the main disadvantages of GeoEvnet, in my opinion, is that we cannot exploit its abilities in own language. Moreover, sometimes it doesn't show

we are dealing with it as a spatially- enabled application for monitoring our assets and showing our latest events in the market. Additionally, it can be quite helpful to use it as a general spatially monitoring happenings.

This software is truly a work of art as it is user friendly, intuitive and amazing. The constant real time updates with traffic, maps etc. really makes it accurate in terms of being able to track sensors, media, you name it.

Honestly, no dislikes at the moment which can be thought of.

Real time can be more accurate depending on how much information is fed into the database/system - can affect the results.

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server aids in getting real-time information which helps us in staying at the top of the game.

There is nothing as such dislikes. The implementation part can be simplified and the web documentation too.

ArcGIS Server has been the game changer in our Land Management field as it incorporates our incoming field data and existing data bank with its cloud storage and sharing capability.

The problem I have with ArcGIS is that I cant incorporate image sources easily like Google Satellites, BING imagery, ASTER GDEM etc
