The application is really simple to use and can serve managing personal as well as work tasks. It has a reminder and snooze feature so that you do not miss anything that you have planned for the day. It also allows you to add color tags to prioritize your tasks.
The only thing I dislike is not having a feature like auto-deleting the completed task as it kind of becomes clutter, and if you do not delete the tasks regularly, it will take you a long time to select and delete each task. And some more app integrations would have been useful too.
Personally, I use this app to manage my personal as well as my office tasks so that I do not forget anything, and I also complete the tasks in time. This has definitely improved my productivity and planning my day.
This is one of the best Day-to-Day planners available in the market and it has all the best features you will ever need. It can be used to track daily, weekly and monthly activities and regular reminders. Assign activities to the team members and track their progress.
The design part of the app needs to improve. More and more features with some automation could improve the app usage drastically and help use the app more effectively. If they can bring in more affordable premium plans for the users, it works out best.
If you are looking for an application that should help you organize things effectively and help you remind things on a day-to-day basis and this is the best app and you could go for it.
Any do helped me set up all the daily and weekly activities and track them effectively. Used it as part of daily activities and used it for office project works as well. It helped me organize things properly. It also helped me track the project status with the team and track their progress.
Any.do helps organize all main tasks, send notifications and track progress. It provides a user-friendly interface, the light structure of the sections and a nice sum-up of all tasks in a calendar view.
It has no significant drawbacks. However, it is a pity that Recurring Reminders are available only with a Premium account. In order to add recurring tasks to the basic account, I had to copy-paste them.
Any.do is a great assistant that helps to stay organized. I loved the differentiation of tasks to custom lists, tags, and colors. It helps to keep an eye on the progress.
Also, it is very convenient that you could use both the program on a computer and the web version. Thanks to this, I could edit my tasks from anywhere on the Internet.
The ability to drag and drop tasks in a calendar is simply amazing
One can share tasks and add labels
User can set a time and date for a task
Users can add tags and attachments to a task, and also add sub-tasks
Users can also create lists and custom tags, which a great feature and adds a lot of conveniences.
The free version does not provide access to tags, which is a bit disappointing.
Checking off a task does not make it complete - one has to manually delete a task to mark it complete. The reasoning for this is unclear and is a bit confusing
It's a great tool for managing tasks and for keeping a track of one's progress.
Users can also track activity of other users on a task, set a time to complete a task, add tags and attachments.
Any.do has tremendous potential.
The daily planner is an amazing addition
Managing tasks easily and track progress
Integration with the user's calendar is a great feature

Any.do is affordable considering what it provides. I've not used it in a team fashion but as both a personal and professional tool, it gives me the structure I was missing while working in an office. This is a remote worker lifesaver in terms of staying on track.
The only thing I wish I could do is to change the slack integration to not require me to invite a bot to a slack channel. That's a slack issue though but this is a required question and I needed to write something.
"Oh look a squirrel!" That's me. I need a system in place to make sure I'm holding myself accountable to tasks and projects and the great thing about Any.do living outside of the various CRMs, professional social channels, Slack, email, ETC is that I can let the overarching idea live in Any.do and add subtasks, random thoughts, links, and other resources in one single place. I have found that my ability to segment projects and increase. And during times where a project is on hold because I'm waiting for another person's action, I can keep them accountable to the work as well, VS letting it fall off my radar. It expedited everything.
With Any.do, organizing my tasks is simple and fast. The app works fine, and it does the job that it’s supposed to do, setting daily reminders and scheduling to keep myself on track of what’s going on. I love apps that offer a simple, minimalistic professional design, so using Any.do is always a pleasure to the eyes. I use the mobile app frequently because I find it to be faster to use than the desktop, and also because when I am on the move it motivates me to get things done faster.
Tasks in Any.do are simple to create, and it has a focus feature that, as the name indicates, helps a lot with the completion of tasks daily, weekly or monthly.
This is one of the few apps that I find work best on mobile than on desktop, which is a lot to say and can avoid new users from using this program, but I personally don’t really mind. The smoothness of the mobile app is amazing and works to work on my daily tasks.
Whether you choose free or premium plan, it will adjust to your workflow and I think that’s very important.
Any.do has helped me improve my workflow, get rid of unnecessary methods and instead approach my tasks in a simpler way. I think this app has helped me with productivity and it has been proven to help with all my daily tasks. Looking back, I wasn’t very organized with my work and the methods I used were very old-fashioned, so using Any.do has improved my work life in many ways. I enjoy using this app since it’s very fun to use and keep track of.

The software experience and UI for Any.do is nothing short of amazing. It is beautiful and of course easy and intuitive to use! It makes organizing my week easy and syncs with all my calendars (work and personal) to give me a one-stop shop for productivity that is perfect. I've tried multiple similar apps that all had one or 2 things wrong with them but Any.do nails just about everything I want from it without asking me to pay for features I won't use. As someone who is debilitated on a daily basis by their attention deficit disorder, this app has truly changed my life by making organizing FUN.
There are 2 things that I would love to see improved.
1. There is no Apple calendar integration on the Mac app just yet. It is available on the Iphone but I would love to see it when using Any.do on my Macbook.
2. NOTE: the Calendar feature is still in Beta but I do want to make this time-saving suggestion. On the calendar view, there is no way to change the allotted time for tasks. They currently show on the calendar as 30-minute slots but are not able to be adjusted to take more or less time up on the calendar. I have resorted to putting in an event with the task so that I can still hit complete on the task but have a more accurate representation on my calendar
It helps to organize my life in an app that I genuinely enjoy using.
