Helpful customer service and easy to use even for us seniors.

The customer service here is incredible! It’s way better than anything I’ve ever experienced before.

This platform is seriously the best out there. It has so many more features than any other service I’ve tried.

They keep adding new features to the platform all the time, and it’s always getting better.

Recently reached out to support because we needed to update our account name and details. We received an immediate reply with a live agent that assisted us through the process. He took care of updating our account name and sending us all the details. This was a huge help.

Active Campaign does what I need it to do now and has so much space for me to grow into as my business grows. Another thing that keeps me with this company is the excellent customer service from actual humans. When I need assistance, there are multiple options that always get me what I need.

I have been using ActiveCampaign for many years now and have always found it easy to use and innovative. I run all my newsletters and automations through them and although I am not particularly technically minded I always manage to work it out.

Very easy to use. Even someone with minimal design skills can hop on the tool and create beautiful emails which customers will engage with. On top of that, I love the community/chat suggestions which makes it easy for users to avoid pitfalls.

ActiveCampaign has provided us with a relatively straightforward way of updating and engaging our members and subscribers. There was some clunkiness around how lists are built, and not being able to preview the list of people you're due to send an email to once you've filtered the list, but this seems to have been ironed out via some updates now. One way that AC have excelled is when there have been issues - our emails weren't getting through to Outlook/Hotmail accounts for some time, which is a huge issue when we are a small non-profit trying to engage with our community. We contacted the helpdesk and the guy who helped us, Ian, was so professional, friendly and diligent. He did lots of testing to examine what the issue may be, and also suggested some remedies, and his suggestions worked! This was the difference between us staying with AC or finding an alternative service so we are now very happy and loyal customers!

We have been using Active Campaign for two years and have been learning the tools and features and growing our marketing capabilities. When we have questions the support is excellent. We have just started to expand our use with some of the app integrations and it is saving us time and money.

I've tried many email softwares including Aweber, Mailchimp, and Infusionsoft. ActiveCampaign is hands down my favorite. Intuitive and easy to use, simple and clean design, solid features. Very satisfied!

I love the Active Campaign platform. It's easy to manage - which always helps, with lots of features that can be used in segmented marketing. I sometimes send out emails many times a week - which always arrive on time. They're platform is just really good!
