Zylo helps me to build meanigful reports about our companies software usage and to manage apps that I have forgotten about (we have a lot). Zylo reporting fields allow me to narrow in on missing info, cost centers whatever I need to work. And passing along meaniful information to application owners allows us to make the right decisons at the time of renewals.
I would say that the one shortcoming that comes to mind is that not all applicaitons have Benchmarks data yet. This is a super helpful tool when it comes to negotaitons and understanding where we are in the process - if we are getting a great deal or if we could push on the vendor to come down in cost.
Zylo is helping to manage an very large (and growing) software stack. I have plans to intergrate more accounting integrations to get more up to date data on new software spend. This might also allow me to catch SAAS that folks are putitng on personal cards and expensiing themselves. I can't manage what I don't know about. :)
They provide visibility into all of our SaaS applications. Their benchmarks/consultant helps us save money and stay on top of renewals. The platform also allows us to detect new apps used that have not been through proper approvals.
Sometimes information is incorrect, although in our particular case, we are a complex company with many dynamics, making it a challenge to keep up with even with great integration.
Zylo has solved many problems. Mainly we have had many M&As; not only do they adapt/overcome, but I can also look at payments and get pertinent info about a renewal coming up that we didn't know about. As mentioned, they help us detect new applications needing proper approval within our organization. Zylo helps with seeing cost centers and where you can consolidate one/two tools with the same functionality instead of having ten. They help with license reduction by being able to see who is utilizing their license.
We have seen an immediate ROI through the tool's ability to identify savings opportunities such as duplicative or underutilized applications. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use and has streamlined our process to manage software spend across the organization. Our Saas Manager has been an incredible partner, driving effective negotiations as part of our procurement process further increasing the savings realized as part of our relationship with Zylo.

Zylo facilitates a streamlined procurement process throught reporting on upcoming renewals, benchmarking data, and historical utilization statistics. Zylo eliminated an extremely manual process by providing historical software spend which serves as a key input into our forecasting and budgeting processes.
The compilation of data that is automatically pulled from our ERP systems provides insight into our spend at levels that are more granular and approachable than any other analysis tool I have ever used in Procurement.
The mass of data that Zylo can process leads to some hygiene issues with data. However, the Zylo team will tactically and strategically address your current problem and ensure it's not an issue in the future.
Zylo is providing insight into our spending across our organization (and the world), allowing us to cut back on shadow spend. Furthermore, it acts as a contract repository that helps our team to get ahead of renewals. Lastly, it is a source of truth for which vendors have undergone proper vetting that ultimately leads to safer business operations.

Zylo has allowed our organization to see immediate ROI in our investment within benchmarking data. In addition, the easy UI allows our teams to view data as granular or high-level data as we want to go. The reporting available on day one is groundbreaking and does not compare to any other tool I've used in my tenure. Zylo has allowed us to eliminate wasted time on old-school procurement practices, build mature procedures around their application, and understand our tech stack at a whole different level.
In addition to the fantastic capabilities Zylo's products have to offer, there is something to be said about the level of services offered. Zylo exemplifies what customer service means; at every phase and with every Zylo rep I've interacted with, I have felt supported and heard, and they have undoubtedly been monstemenal to the success of our goals.

Zylo benchmarking allows our teams to spend less time doing manual work locating pricing information to support our renewal negotiations. It enables a level of confidence to our teams who are requesting discounts or fair market pricing.
The Zylo application allows for visibility into the tech stack and shadow IT, in return it helps maintain compliance to onboarding practices.
With easy reporting we can tackle the renewals ahead of time, prepare for such conversations, and maintain clean records for our contract management practices.
Zylo allows for a singular interface to pull in all of our spend data for software. I can get notifications when new software is expensed, which allows me to keep a tight grip on software spend. Workflows allow us to clean up our users to make sure we aren't paying for licenses for users that no longer need them.
Data filtering can sometimes be hard to use, but it's easy to download reports and manipulate the CSV. Also, I wish there was just a bit more customization with the way that workflow emails are sent out. Some users thing the emails are a phishing attempt, so my responses are sometimes limited.
Zylo helps us see all of the software that is being purchased, whether through AP or expense. It's familiar with software apps, so it groups them together by apps and vendors. It helps identify opportunities for consolidation. Zylo also notifies us when contracts are up for renewal so we can begin working with vendors well in advance to the renewal date.
The software is super intuitive and easy to use. I have worked with 300+ software vendors and Zylo support and customer service is by far preium level. The Zylo leadership has my back.
There are a couple things in the contract management area that lacks, however in recent weeks there have been new deliverables that are addressing all my concerns.

With so much SaaS being used, Zylo compiles everything you need to know about your company's SaaS stack, making it easy to see everything in one place. The Zylo system includes all our SaaS subscription information, including technical and financials, providing a complete picture.
Zylo provides many integrations, but I would love to see many more integrations with more tools made available. When a SaaS subscription is connected with integration, the additional information is just awesome!
Zylo is solving our issues with shadow IT and not knowing all the tools our staff uses. Zylo has centralized all the information on our SaaS tools. Zylo is also helping in vendor management and spend management, specifically on knowing when renewals are coming up and providing benchmarks on many tools, helping us when negotiating renewals and their contracts. Lastly, Zylo also provides and Application Catalog for our staff to be able to know what tools we have available and even be able to request access to those tools.
