Since implementing Zuper, our company has experienced significant improvements in our field repairs processes. The management of incoming repairs has become much more streamlined, and assigning technicians to jobs has become effortlessly efficient. Additionally, our independent contractors have greatly benefited from joining the Zuper platform through Plunge, as they have been able to access a higher volume of work. As satisfied customers of Zuper, we eagerly anticipate the upcoming changes that the platform has in store for us.
If there were any drawback to using Zuper, it would pertain to the communication process between the field and the back-end office, which could be further streamlined. Currently, we need to switch between multiple programs in order to effectively communicate with technicians regarding jobs. However, once we integrate Zuper with Zen Desk, all of these challenges will be resolved.
Managing the work load that comes in for warranty repairs and assigning technicians to seamlessly get the customers the help they deserve is an essential aspect of our customer service operations.
Invoicing/scheduling/time management/communication with customer and techs is excellent!
The integration with Hubspot does not transfer the Geo location of customers into zuper. One by one we have to enter it manually.
Zuper is sloving our SMS messages that are sent to the customer, Zuper is helping us establish better service communication with our customers.
Their willingness to make things work within our organization's needs. Even when there was a challenging intervention, they never gave up and were always there to help. They are also fast and responsive with technical support. Thank you for that!!
Sometimes we felt a little bit misunderstood, especially at the beginning but were there to listen. Also, it might have been a bit confusing to know who's in charge of our onboarding as it changed many times.
Zuper helped us to eliminate the paper (work order) and data entry as we can dispatch right on the cell or tablet of our field technician. It also has a ton of other very good features.
Zuper has allowed for us to be scalable in our dispatching processes, and their APIs and Zapier connections allow us to adapt Zuper to our various service partners we engage with
Our business concept is unique in the way that we operate - there's some opportunities that have required us to lean on other systems, however, we are confident as Zuper continues to invest in their product and evolution, we will see a reduction in our tech stack over time.

Zuper is easy to use andworks great for a business setting. The customer service team has a great response time and has resolved any issues very quickly. I would highly recommend this.
Zuper Pro is a Great way to organize any business. Any of the downsides you may face using it can be changed yourself and brought up to the support team and they can change them for you.

The Zuper Pro is a really quick and responsive App. All last-mile tasks can be examined, monitored, updated, and adjusted, and they have been accomplished fast. We were able to offer synchronized services to our esteemed customers. Additionally, integration is possible for the necessary Apps (such as Twillo, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Accou) which helped us with seamless operation. Finally, Zuper's outstanding support team.

I have tried many field service softwares, looking for the best fit for our company. All of them are lacking in one area or another. I was looking into pricing getting my own app built, when I found Zuper here on G2. Zuper allows you granular control of processes, similar to a Microsoft Access level of control. No coding is required, but you are not stuck in a one-size-fits-all box. You can utilize triggers, webhooks, dependant fields and much more. Reporting is super-robust, even for custom field data that you may create. Zuper staff seem excited about rolling out new updates.
On the rare occasion when functionality may appear missing or where things such as integrations may become complex, Zuper's Customer Success staff and developers are phenomenal and super-responsive. I always seem to be the customer that WILL find the bugs and weak spots in a platform. I'd love nothing more than to be able to report these things and get them fixed or looked at promptly. I have that with Zuper. No waiting for half the country to upvote your issue or recommendation to get it looked at.
As of now, there is no downside. Anything that could initially be an issue is resolved quickly. I have yet to encounter anything that cannot be overcome, and I am excited to work with Zuper as our company grows.
Zuper helps us schedule our teams and capture valuable field data. It also performs customer notifications and team notifications. It is the best platform I have found that can incorporate all our data and I.T. processes in one place.
