Zuddl allowed to set up different stages for different impulses and languages for a global conference.
It is a fully customizable event conferencing platform that is supported by an incredible team that is dedicated to night-or-day making the platform work according to our needs. And if the platform doesn't have something we need, the development team takes it on and works hard to implement for future updates. The platform continues to get better and better!
Because the platform is updated regularly, sometimes it can be disruptive to the admin to have to learn new functionality. In the end it works out great because the platform continues to improve and offers an even better end-user experience. As long as your admins keep an open mindset and remain hungry to learn, it's not an issue.

Zuddl is an impressive, intuitive event platform. It's easy to set up and run all kind of events (virtual, webinar, onsite) with features like integrated on-site solutions, fast check-in, lead capture, and custom notifications. Customer support is excellent and Zuddl is constantly shippping new features to help users achieve their event goals. The design element is great and all parts of the virtual platform could be designed to match company's branding which made the virtual event a really impressive experience for attendees. I highly recommend it!
It would be great if Zuddl could also integrate with property management systems for hotel bookings.

I don't have anything in particular that I dislike about Zuddl. The product is evolving very fast and any feature requests I request are added to the product roadmaps and delt with rather quickly!
Pardot integration: All webinar platforms had integrations with Pardot that were too simple or they didn't have it at all. Zuddl's team built an integration that allows us to automate more information from the platform to our CRM!

With a single-stage event some of the event set up offered overkill on options. Would almost like to see a "Zuddl Lite" version for quicker set up/go live. Would also like to have music options for opening and transitions.
Circumstances continue to call for virtual event options over live and Zuddl is helping us reach our community in a meaningful way that includes many of the elements of our traditional live, in person shows/events.

The customer service and UI. Karthik and team have been very proactive in their efforts. They reach out to schedule meetings, send us beneficial links, offer support at all times, etc. We recently got on board with Zuddl as a company and thus far it is much better than what we were using previously. Not to forget, the platform is very intuitive and user friendly. It provides a lot of useful features as well!
