What do you like best about Zoomph?

Zoomph's audience analytics allows us to have a more in-depth understanding of our assets. It's a piece of the puzzle that's needed when connecting our athletes with the correct brands.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

That's tough to say. I've only ever had positive experiences with Zoomph as a whole and I highly recommend it when speaking to others in sports.

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

When working in sports marketing, the creative elements are great but numbers don't lie and when you combine the two it makes for a great combination.

What do you like best about Zoomph?

Zoomph is an incredible tool to calculate the value of what our clients deliver to brands. The Zoomph team is so helpful and attentive when we need support. The team provides incredible resources to help translate data about brand partnerships and social posts into a meaningful story.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

There are a variety of features that are being removed or upgraded to better ones. These changes are not an inconvience day-to-day; there are just a lot of new upgrades on the way.

Recommendations to others considering Zoomph:

Best option for social media sponsorship valuation. Incredible platform and an even more incredible team behind it!

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Partnership Sales & Activation teams are more prepared for discussions around the value of "what our clients are best at". We can target audiences more precisely and understand the value of collaboration.

What do you like best about Zoomph?

Zoomph makes it much easier for our agency to track the value of our clients' accounts.

We use their software on a regular basis, and we feel confident in our valuations because of their platform.

The best part though is the wonderful people behind the platform. From leadership on down through the organization. Love working with the Zoomph team.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

For new users, it's a little bit hard to understand right out of the gate.

Fortunately, the helpful team will get you up to speed. Just a bit of a learning curve when you first get started.

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem we had was that we didn't have a clear picture on our valuations. We were using a lot more guesswork to price our partnership packages.

Now, we have a much better understanding of each clients' value, and we can price our sponsorship deals appropriately.

What do you like best about Zoomph?

Zoomph's sponsorship value metric is now considered "gospel" in the industry. Zoomph's formula that measures value for sponsored content on social (video and copy) is a key driver in delivering an ROI for one of the most important facets in the industry -- partnerships. After every milestone event in any major sport (Draft, Schedule Release, etc.), Zoomph publishes the top teams in relation to sponsorship value. That report alone captures the attention of Leagues, Clubs, and partners all at once.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

It's hard to describe what to "dislike" about Zoomph. Their customer service, custom reports, and "prove it" mentality makes them a necessary partner to have for any club.

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

Showing return on investment for our partners, key social listening (volume and sentiment analysis) are two areas that Zoomph helps us solve for our clients and key stakeholders.

"A powerful tool that can be much more than just a social wall"
What do you like best about Zoomph?

Although we purchased this product exclusively for its social wall visual, it was amazing to see that it can be a great tool for social listening if the user sets it up right.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

I can't think of much that I didn't like about it. Perhaps it could have offered a little more customization for branding or design on the visual display, although truly we had no issues with a lack thereof.

Recommendations to others considering Zoomph:

Feel free to look at other options and weigh them, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a platform that combines both the visual presentation (meant for live events) and the more technical, filter-driven social listening functions as well as Zoomph does.

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoomph allowed us to get people ENGAGED at our events. People already love taking photos and sharing them on twitter at our Conferences, but having a huge screen where users can see their social posts show up in minutes (or less) added an element of excitement that wasn't there before, and it was clear that our attendees wanted to post more on social media just so that they could come back and see it on the wall visual.

What do you like best about Zoomph?

The customer support from the Zoomph side is ABOVE AND BEYOND. Zara has been nothing short of a godsend, going as far as pulling over on the side of the freeway and using her phone as a hot spot when an after hours client event went awry and we received word just before guests began to arrive. While our primary purpose has been for visual presentations of social content, Zara has been helping us to better understand the full functionality of the platform and provide some strategic tips and tricks based on our desired outcomes, which we're both anxious and excited to implement.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

Feeling like there's so much more we could be doing and aren't currently utilizing.

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned previously, our primary use case has been with the visual displays - being able to pull in hashtag content onto reader boards for individual events or restaurant initiatives, as well as the additional insights that the social listening feeds provide based on these visual presentations, which helps us really make the case for our efforts exerted in the social space.

"Zoomph is the best!"
What do you like best about Zoomph?

Not only is the platform great and very user friendly, but the Zoomph team is amazing! (s/o Amir & Zara) They go above and beyond to make sure your company is using Zoomph to its fullest. We have been using Zoomph for quite a few years now, and it's always a favorite at conferences.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

There really aren't any dislikes! For an organization our size, we can't afford any add-ons, but we are very happy with what we have.

Recommendations to others considering Zoomph:

Do it! You won't regret it. We know more about our audience than ever before!

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Zoomph for two things- our social media campaigns throughout the year and for each conference. By using Zoomph, we have really been able to show our board the impact social media has at our conferences, and the impact our organization has in the industry throughout the year. It's a great tool!

"A Powerful Audience Analysis Tool"
What do you like best about Zoomph?

The Zoomph platform is simple but powerful. The user interface is easy to understand, even for a beginner, and makes it easy to find the insights you are after. Additionally, Zoomph's customer service is 2nd to none and the team is always there to assist when needed.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

There's not a lot to dislike about this tool, but the more social APIs they can bring in, the more value we can extract.

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoomph has enabled us to understand social audiences at a much deeper level than ever before. Beyond standard demographics, Zoomph helps us understand passion points, trends, brand affinities and psychographic traits that enable us to make informed marketing decisions.

What do you like best about Zoomph?

Customer service. Our Zoomph representatives were available to us 24/7.

What do you dislike about Zoomph?

Technical issues. This was a rare event.

What problems is Zoomph solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Zoomph during our graduation activities, and we have seen it be very successful in generating excitement from our community around the event. We were also happy that we were able to design the interface. Lastly, when there was a technical issue the day of the event, around 7:30am EST time, we had contacted our Zoomph representative around 4:30am PST, and they were still completely available to us.

Start by the user/brand/agencies/campaigns objectives then followed by the output required.

There are so many platforms out there that I've used and it just happened that zoomph is what fits my needs while balancing from pricing, output delivery, flexibility/adaptability for each implementations etc.

There are no perfect ultimate software program or platform, but we can help these companies improve their system through honest reviews experienced by co-users like you and me. So good job, g2crowd team for this amazing review site. Been using this since the beta stage. :)
