It is very intuitive and has great features around finding accurate details about leads and learning the hierarchy in the company. The implementation was easy giving me a easy way to implement the data from my CRM. I ahve been more and more dependant on how finding customer details frequently. I have not had to use the customer support as the features have been seamless for me.
Sometimes I will not be able to find information around smaller companies where most of my leads come from.
ZoomInfo is currently solving my problem of not having sufficient data to go after a lead. The extra edge I receive from this helps me understand business structure and find the right contacts in the company. I am also able to find more than one relevant stakeholder to help smoothen my sales process
Access to a site's employee list and the relevant phone #s saves a remarkable amount of time. When you have a specific person you can ask for, it's easier to get through the gatekeeper.
Any time there is someone new who starts, I always tell them to utilize zoom as much as possible because it is going to lead to better results. It's extremely easy to use and has a number of features that fit hand-in-glove with our role in sales.
While few and far between, there are times where the contacts have not been updated and someone listed may no longer be at the company. This is a small thing though because even if someone is no longer at the organization, it's a good starting point.
The biggest problem that zoom helps with is time management. It's infinitely faster making contact with a company when you know of certain people within departments that you can specifically ask to speak with.
Also, the way in which you can customize searching for businesses by industry, revenue, etc is extremely helpful.

- There can be some difficulty in signing in sometimes.

As a business development executive, prospecting leads and getting their information is very hard. Zoominfo ticks all the boxes when it comes to outbound sales. I get the lead information, including their phone numbers. I can see what tools they are using in the company, to understand their current system before even engaging with the leads.

The integrations with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools mean that data stays clean, consistent - and most importantly - saves me time, which I can use to focus on selling. 10/10
Zoominfo's UI could be better (ability to change and move columns, export to excel) and there are some updates that can only be made by my organization's Salesforce, IT, or Zoominfo Admin. I understand Role-Based Permissions are important would be great if (at least) Sales Reps had a way to "suggest changes" for their Admin. Small "complaints" but would have a big impact.

ZoomInfo's Engage tool is a little bit of a crystal ball that can help you contact leads in a very targeted way. All the other festures are great and a must for my every day tasks but I am finding Engage is definitely a must for my day to day email interactions.
I dislike the fact that my company took so long to start using ZoomInfo! The product itself is excellent, and I really can't find any features or issues that I dislike. I guess I could say the price was a little bit of a hurdle at the beggining but the ZoomInfo team was able to work out a deal that was benefitial for all.
Study study study. Use the ZoomInfo University tool and read read read. There are so many ways ZoomInfo supports you to learn the software that you will be a pro in no time if you dedicate some time to become familiarized with its features.
I have been able to confirm and update so many contact's information. Since the pandemic hit and so many people aren't any more at their previous positions, ZoomInfo has given me the tools to correct that information in our database. The information provided is extremely accurate. I was only able to find one email that was completely wrong after I had already approached 500 views and exports. I also really like how ZoomInfo integrates wirth LinkedIn and I don't have to leave that platform to use it.
I use zoominfo everyday, the moment i login. It has to be the first tool that i go for, why? simply for its robust implimentaion with my CRM tool. From starting of my sale activity till the end i depent on Zoominfos help because every practice is thought of and they is a feature for it. One best thing would be its filter method, its powerful and the rusults are just amazing!

I'm someone who is on the customer-facing side, 1. I need the right people, 2. I need it quick because the journey of a lead is way too long and hitting targets is based on your time management. Zoominfo is absolving crushing it since I started using it for lead mining, account updates, intent signals, contactablity and special projects as well.
There are so many helpful things to do with ZoomInfo. I love the capability to monitor intent words to see what companies are searching for something to do with my product. Also, the tracking of which way to reach them that they are most likely to answer is a great new feature. The email reports are great as well.
Honestly, there is not much to say about ZoomInfo in a negative way. I guess the only thing would be to make sure when you integrate into Salesforce or Salesloft that the fields transfer corrently. That is more on your company's IT side I belive during implementation. But, CS is great and can help with whatever you need.
ZoomInfo helps my company to find new accounts and leads that we didn't previously have. The amount you can filter down into you specific ICP is fantastic.

There are not many downsides to SalesOS. If I was to mention one, I guess it could be a tad easier to navigate beetween SalesOS, Engage, and AdminPortal. More training arounfd the functions of SalesOS could be uesful also.
SalesOS is helping us contact more people, in real time, with greater aaccuracy. It's driving efficiencies in the SDR team.
I would have given ZoomInfo around seven stars if I reviewed it a few months ago, but wow! These new search parameters have made all the difference in the world! Being in sales, I need to find the most suitable contacts and now it takes me easily a third of the time, if not a quarter, allowing me more hours in my day to concentrate on results.
The fact that I can easily import the relevant info into Salesforce with few steps is a huge advantage, I couldn't imagine the data entry otherwise.
I open ZoomInfo first thing in the morning right alongside with Salesforce, it's that necessary. It blows away our past two search companies. I am highly satisfied and also highly recommend.
My biggest complaint about ZoomInfo would be that I cannot have multiple tabs open while working from a list I've culled.
And there are actually a few parameters I would like to see added to the search options. I have reached out to customer support with suggestions, and received a quick reply.
ZoomInfo SalesOS allows me to find companies in my sales verticals along with the proper decision makers. I have found thousands of companies that I would never have known existed.

There are quite a few things I love about ZoomInfo. First being the simplicity of usage on the site. It's incredibly easy to implement & integrate into our daily practice, and open new windows and browse a variety of account intel at any time. I've been able to access thousands of people's contact info in order to reach them efficiently. Additionally, I love the mobile app. It is user friendly and so helpful when I'm away from my desk. I've benefited greatly from the information made available on ZoomInfo. I use ZoomInfo every day for work and frequently access new info.
The only thing I have an issue with regarding ZoomInfo is that some of the contacts who are out of date/not correctly updated have been challenging to identify prior to contacting them. Especially if they're not utilizing LinkedIn properly or are very closed off on LinkedIn.
The issues ZoomInfo solves for me are updating outdated CRM data on my end, and helping identify new targets in the marketplace with insights. I have gained 5,000+ new contacts within about 100 accounts since getting ZoomInfo.
