I really like the visual way Komiko shows interactions at an account. You can see if you are "mutli-threaded" at an account to see how much interaction you've had across all contacts at an account. This is a much easier way to understand activity history at an account in Salesforce.
Sometimes it takea a while to load, and I have not been able to utilize anything but the Komiko object on the account page, haven't leveraged other types of dashboards or reports yet.
Firstly, I can easily see if I am multi-threaded at an account. It also helps see from a sales manager perspective, which of their own sales reps has the most engagement at any given account. It helps me to figure out which accounts I should hang on to since I can see previous traction and amount of engagement.
Ease of use - set it and forget it. No more issues with things not tracking.
Would be nice if they had graphs to show trends over time.
Our emails were never properly synching to salesforce. Now they do. The big added side benefit was some of the reports that came with Komiko. Easy to read and highlighted some very, very interesting findings!
We love the intuitive user interface, clear graphics, and its powerful engine that allows us to search company communication. It has allowed us to much more efficiently see the history of company communications, which is incredibly valuable for us.
We have not had any downsides so far with the software. Everything has worked smoothly and we have had great response from the Komiko team in solving our problems to adapt to our special needs.
It allows us to much more effectively view and sort through previous company communication. This brings us huge time savings and allows us to communicate more effectively with our clients. The Komiko team has been very effective in improving our use of the product as well.

nothing I actually like this system a lot but to be frank I do not know much except its SF integration
I had not connected my old contacts with Sf and I got back the history thanks to komiko
I like how it shows exactly who has spoken to the client and in what frequency. Furthermore, its nice to see it in the format they provide it in salesforce because it makes it very easy to understand.

No customization for the user. Maybe an ability to sort in a different way such as categories

The constant alerts that don't apply. For example, I have an account that doesn't have a feature Komiko is taking in as a CTA.
Use this as a way to prioritize! It works well with Gmail it seems.

ZoomInfo has the most current and up to date information on leads yet - quick to update in SFDC so I can start working!
What do you dislike?
I don't like that there's no integrations to our SSO so that we have to manually login every day.
