What do you like best about Zoom2u?

A great product where your parcel is and when it will be delivered. That's why on every delivery you'll be able to track the live location of your driver and see their estimated arrival time.

What do you dislike about Zoom2u?

Nothing that i can think off. Great product.

Run trial sessions among your teams to ensure the tool works as expected by different teams

The way it provides the features of screen sharing and content sharing over the medium and also share and record the meeting

The setting doesn't allow to change the setting and themes over the default.

It gives an application medium to connect to people over a wider medium and also check on an discussion and plan and schedule things accordingly

What do you like best about Zoom2u?

The delivery was faster than i expected it to be, it is hassle free with not many issues, i really liked it.

What do you dislike about Zoom2u?

The only thing i had an issue with was that while adding my carx i had some problem and it was not accepting my card, caused some frustration.

Recommendations to others considering Zoom2u?

Deliver on the time listed on tracking time, sometimes the order gets delivered beforehand when the reciever is not available

What do you like best about Zoom2u?

I like being able to join right in to a conversation that is at least a 3-way discussion related to my projects.

What do you dislike about Zoom2u?

There's not anything that I've experienced using Zoom software that I con't like.

What problems is Zoom2u solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems, only the benefits of being able to connect anywhere with business associates.

I recommened that pricing can be a bit better in my opinion. It can be expensive for smaller companies but for bigger companies I guess it is reasonable

Zoom2u makes it really easy to deliver across the country and it is really fast

Review of Zoom2U

What do you like best about Zoom2u?

Ease of booking and tracking. Great Account Managers and very good communication. They recently called me to advise there was a public holiday in another state which I wasn't aware of. As this would have impacted delivery I was able to make an informed choice.

What do you dislike about Zoom2u?

Don't have the option of what time items can be picked up. In an ideal world it would be nice to know when the courier is going to arrive to collect the item but it's not critical to me. It's just a "nice to have" option.

Recommendations to others considering Zoom2u?

Highly recommend Zoom2U. I would recommend getting in touch with one of their Account Managers and lock in a corporate rate. It is also good for them to understand your business so they can be aware of your needs. Also, if you are unsure about something regarding a delivery, call them first and talk through it with them so you can avoid any issues. Not that I've had any but speaking with our Account Manager has meant I've had access to information I didn't know which has made an impact on delivery times etc.

What problems is Zoom2u solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost savings in postage. Efficiency in ensuring our items get where they need to be on time, every time.

One star for Telstra, Five for Zoom2U

Ordered a new phone from Telstra, immediately received tracking number from Zoom2U. As I was at work, I asked Telstra to deliver it between 6 and 9 pm. I was then told that Telstra had to deliver it earlier and my partner who was at home could not sign for it. The Zoom2U courier phoned my while he was picking up the phone, and put me onto the Telstra employee who was very unhelpful. Luckily, the courier took it on himself to go bring the phone immediately to my office so I could sign for it. One star for Telstra, but Five for Zoom2U

What do you like best about Zoom2u?

I like how this is a small business, which I favor compared to the larger monopolies, and how it offers a fast, expedited service for what you pay for!

What do you dislike about Zoom2u?

I dislike how it only offers shipping services. I feel there is a lot more that the company could do to make itself stand out from the crowd but hasn't completely applied itself yet.

What problems is Zoom2u solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Zoom2u for my small business on Etsy, which involves shipping packages all over the world.
