I enjoy the ease of use - both as a meeting organizer but also as a participant. The available features encourage engagement and participation of those attending events/meetings.

Depending on the type of event/meeting, it can be difficult to keep track of attendees if you have a large number. Images/names are spread over multiple screen pages and it might not be that easy to track using the attendee listing if people enter or depart while the event/meeting is taking place.

It is possible to meet with others who have different schedules and locations - both from a business perspective as well as a personal one.

Zoom makes it incredibly easy to add people to a call whether scheduled or on the fly. The streaming quality within Zoom is also very high, so you never have to worry about lagging meetings or low-quality video recordings.

I wish there was an option to view your video camera before you go live on the call. Being able to see yourself and adjust your lighting, appearance or background beforehand can help you feel ready to hit connect and start talking to people.

Zoom allows our team to have full team-wide meetings without any worry about the number of people on the call or the quality of the call dropping. It's easy to chat, share screens and organize which cameras you want to pin or move around making it easy to see the faces of those on the team you are talking to.
