"Feedback beast!"
What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?

What caught my eye initially was the companies using Zonka Feedback. If it's good enough for some of these monster companies, it's good enough for me!

The attention to detail at every level is amazing and the ability to get feedback from customers offline is super handy.

The ability to track and measure results with responses and reports makes this tool even better. The response inbox for all your surveys makes managing feedback really easy.

Customer service seems to be A1 and the roadmap looks very promising.

Full stack here for me and looks like a keeper. Hope I'm right.

What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?

Zonka Feedback has so many features. I'm going to get addicted.

What problems is Zonka Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting feedback on behalf of clients is time consuming and other tools I have used in the past don'y quite hit the mark. Zonka Feedback has done all the heavy lifting for me.

The API is so easy to use and very usefull, plus the offline survey tools are excellent!

The API documentation is not correctly updated for the current version.

I need to gather tons of feedback in the workshops I do, and Zonka provided me with a great solution to collect data in an easy and powerful way. The tool has templates, survey logic, and a lot more of useful features to maximize the data collected.

The tool has a lot of potential and the roadmap looks great. Also, the setup took some time, and the UX can improve a bit.

What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?

I’ve been using Zonka Feedback for our company, and it’s made it easy to survey customers and collect their sentiment, opinions, and feedback. I really like that I can create surveys that match our branding and that it’s easy to integrate into my website. It has a great deal of flexibility, too! I’m able to make changes to the template, to the color scheme, to the questions, and to the distribution method. Zonka Feedback has helped me make my customers happier.

I wish the documentation could be bettter and covered all topic. I had few hiccups during feedback sms api setup but team helped me.

I am very satisfied with the performace of the depandable, mature SaaS.By nature, Survey collecting SaaS are a little complex, but Zonka Feedback is very transparent, easy to understand, easy to use, but complete and well-designed.It saves a lot of time. It includes a lot of templates and an easy way to modify them or create the survey I want.It generates professional reports, ready to share with my team. Surely, the reports are designed by people with a lot of experience in the field.It includes a "trends report" and many features that I did not see in other survey SaaS.Zonka Feedback is valuable because it lets users to learn more about survey best practices.I am really happy with the use and performance.In growth plan it lets you create custom reports.
