For budget-conscious small enterprises, Zoho One is a good CRM and tool suite. For those not familiar with CRMs, it is simple to use. Although it doesn't have as many connectors and features as Hubspot, it still functions effectively if all you need is basic email marketing, contact management, and basic subscriptions and items. offers a superior substitute for WordPress that offers enhanced customization options and superior templates. The best thing about Zoho is living in one single echo system. You don't have to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks. The seamless integration between the Zoho products is ice on the cake.

Sometimes there will be a decision paralysis. When you have multiple integrations that you might not need but still have to deal with. That can ruin your overall user experience

Just give it a try before deciding & also they have a good sales team who will understand your use-case and help you set up the right products to solve your problem.

It solves many problems, For example, if you a small and medium business & you don't have many resources or funds to hire new ones. In those cases, you have multiple apps which come in handy like Zoho Creator (LOW Code Platform), which reduces the need for a developer to automate the internal processes. Once the internal processes are taken care of automatically you have more time to work on what is important rather than spending time on backend tasks.

More training manuals would be helpful. Eventhough it is very user friendly, a manual might teach you a lot more about the apps and what they can do.

Zoho One solves a lot of operational and process issues for small business. What is probably one of the best solutions for any small business is Zoho Books and the other Zoho apps that integrate with Books, like CRM or Bigin. Zoho Projects or Sprints is also very helpful due to the integration with the other business solutions that Zoho offers. The automation and integration features are priceless.

All in one work space, it is easy to track the profiles and attendance, including employees data, we can also use this site as pro, where multiple options are being introduced to make user friendly and work made easy.

Login issues been facing rarely, and where some options are very slow, rest everything looks good and best comparing to keka.
