The software respect european law for contracts and has legal valance.

The most beautiful thing about Zoho is it's smooth sign in process where you Just need to enter through your e-mail address and then you can start working. You get trail period with all functions where you can decide whether it's suits you or not.

I'm sure once you use it you will definitely going to love it.

One thing is it's Trail period I think it's should be for 30 days as other cloud software provide the same so that one can understand each and every aspect and try everything he can and then decide whether he should go with Zoho or not.

It solves many problems, For example, if you a small and medium business & you don't have many resources or funds to hire new ones. In those cases, you have multiple apps which come in handy like Zoho Creator (LOW Code Platform), which reduces the need for a developer to automate the internal processes. Once the internal processes are taken care of automatically you have more time to work on what is important rather than spending time on backend tasks.

Ease of use. The functionality between the different apps like campaign's, crm, and even the document signing and being able to integrate it all together is awesome.

Nothing much! If I have to complain about anything I would complain that there's a fairly steep learning curve on learning how to use the campaigns and then keeping it integrated with the crm.

Zoho makes crm use easy. I've used Salesforce and hubspot and found that zoho has the best ease of use for the end-user. The phone app is already fantastic because I can use my crm on the go, make calls that are automatically logged, etc
