What do you like best about Zoho One?

The best thing about Zoho is living in one single echo system. You don't have to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks. The seamless integration between the Zoho products is ice on the cake.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

Sometimes there will be a decision paralysis. When you have multiple integrations that you might not need but still have to deal with. That can ruin your overall user experience

Just give it a try before deciding & also they have a good sales team who will understand your use-case and help you set up the right products to solve your problem.

What problems is Zoho One solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves many problems, For example, if you a small and medium business & you don't have many resources or funds to hire new ones. In those cases, you have multiple apps which come in handy like Zoho Creator (LOW Code Platform), which reduces the need for a developer to automate the internal processes. Once the internal processes are taken care of automatically you have more time to work on what is important rather than spending time on backend tasks.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

It is best that gives you understanding of the no. of users, dashboard, admin interface is good, give understanding of no. of applications, users on a single application. Through this one can navigate, assign, deactivate, creation of account. One can even so applications used by user how many days or months back.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

It is all good. No issues at all. There should be an easy way to submit request for increasing of licenses and payment invoices.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

The best thing is the zoho ecosystem that has a solution for every business need. Once you go zoho, you never say oh no! The zoho one has strong features with a great customer support that helps you in solving all issues in real time. one you use one zoho application , others can also be later inetgrated to make a complete sales + marketing suite of apps that helps keep everything in 1 ecosystem. the benefit is easier collaboration between teams, better reporting, improving sales and saving costs. One usp of zoho is that it is not expensive and so even small businesses can easily adopt it. the zoho chatbot i use for my business seamlessly intgrates with zoho crm so all leads directly go and i can also create tickets for support functions without spending extra on 3rd party tools.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

the multiple apps and integrations can take time getting used to for an organization so its recommended to transition slowly so all team members from across verticals can sync together and learn all the UI and functions.

What problems is Zoho One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nobody likes to have businesses work with multiple vendors and zoho one with its seamless inetgrations across all its apps makes everything smooth, efficient andworks well to increase productivity and keep a track easily for all types of functions like sales, marketing, support and finance.

You can monitor the website traffic with details, grab the leads in the 1st place and have a live chat with them. It's a go-getter software for a go-getter salesperson.

It's excellent that Zoho Sales IQ enforces a human touch rather than a bot. But I think it's just like a radar on your screen, even though there will be a notification when someone enters and exits your website.

What problems is Zoho SalesIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

To catch the leads in the 1st place rather than waiting for them to jump on your lap. It's a go-getter software for a go-getter salesperson. If you are lazy, than this software is no use.

You will get everything you need to run your business in one place. Need not invest in multiple tools and then start worrying about integrating those tools. You end up buying many more tools for that.

There are not many drawbacks, I would just expect a little more flexibility and support from the Zoho team.
