We are using the whole Zoho Suite (Books, Inventory, Expenses, People, Cliq,...) for our mid-sized company and we really love it. Zoho provides us a perfect solution to manage our business (especially sales, inventory and human resources) - we love the ease of use, but at the same time it is so extremely feature rich and let's us customize most of the things we need. We have tested other ERPs and Zoho clearly was the best in terms of features; it's a good benefit that it was also one of the best in pricing. About Zoho Expense, we love that is so useful to manage staff expenses. It is possible to record advances, and see staff spendings, give each expenditure a different category. And then it's synced to Books which works as our accounting software once a report is approved. It's very useful that you can set automatic report creating, staff reminders to note expenses, and the reports can be approved by two people (first office who checks that all receipts are there and the categories fit - and then management for final approval). It's a wonderful expense management software and we can fully recommend it to anybody! Customer support is excellent by the way, can be reached by e-mail and they do respond quickly and very helpfully. It's easy to implement and integrate. We use it every day. Can't work without it any more.
It is nearly perfect, but of course nothing in the world is truly perfect. We would appreciate that when expenses are synced to Zoho Books, it would also sync the notes (description) of the expense in the overview, not only in the detail.

Cloud based platform, and ease of uploading pdf receipts, images, etc. I especially like the autoscan feature, its such a great blessing! Customer support has also been very helpful and replied promptly as needed. I've been encouraging my team to use it on a daily basis to create reports and submit them.
I think the platform itself requires to broaded on vendor analytics. Also when I autoscan receipts, new vendors automatically get created that have to be merged / deleted later so that issue has to be addressed.
Its been incredily useful in helping me track my analtyics regarding expenses and profitability. Given that it is cloud based, the issue of collecting receipts in a central location and uploading them has also gone.

The best thing about Zoho is living in one single echo system. You don't have to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks. The seamless integration between the Zoho products is ice on the cake.
Sometimes there will be a decision paralysis. When you have multiple integrations that you might not need but still have to deal with. That can ruin your overall user experience
Just give it a try before deciding & also they have a good sales team who will understand your use-case and help you set up the right products to solve your problem.
It solves many problems, For example, if you a small and medium business & you don't have many resources or funds to hire new ones. In those cases, you have multiple apps which come in handy like Zoho Creator (LOW Code Platform), which reduces the need for a developer to automate the internal processes. Once the internal processes are taken care of automatically you have more time to work on what is important rather than spending time on backend tasks.
Ease of use. The functionality between the different apps like campaign's, crm, and even the document signing and being able to integrate it all together is awesome.
Nothing much! If I have to complain about anything I would complain that there's a fairly steep learning curve on learning how to use the campaigns and then keeping it integrated with the crm.
Zoho makes crm use easy. I've used Salesforce and hubspot and found that zoho has the best ease of use for the end-user. The phone app is already fantastic because I can use my crm on the go, make calls that are automatically logged, etc
