Works well at managing contacts

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easily and quickly this tool integrated with our existing IT infrastructure. It is also to distinguish different contact groups with this tool and has not caused any confusion among the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In future versions of this tool, I would like an auto-note option on an account's profile page. I think the current note function is pretty redundant and sometimes confusing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we have even more contact points and carrier contacts. We've also become more organized than ever before.

Simple and easy to use

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can't stress enough how much I love the user-friendliness of this tool. And on top of that, it works robustly and I have a variety of options to choose from.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, since it gives me everything that I need from it, I can't think of anything to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has made our work process move much more quickly since it is so user-friendly, and all the information we need can be found in just one location.

The sync with Gmail is great

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I like the most about this tool is how easy it was to import my Gmail contacts. Setting it up was so quick and easy that it felt like it was up and running in no time. Exporting contacts to other connected suites was also easy to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The merging feature can use some improvement. I have several duplicate contacts and it would be great if a future version would have a better merge feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped organize contacts. Whenever I find a lead, I just paste it onto this tool and I'm done.

Smoothly integrated with our system

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We had a very talented vendor helping us out, so the process of exporting to this tool has been relatively smooth. I am amazed at how well this tool integrates with the rest of our software, and how smoothly things have progressed from there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want the process of merging contact to be more user-friendly and simple. It works out well when you're just working with two or three contacts, but it can get tedious when you're working with 10 or more. It's so time-consuming to have to do multiple rounds of merging when it is more than 10 contacts and I feel that time could have been better used doing something else. If they do something about this in future versions I would appreciate it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've been able to target our audience and monitor our campaigns effectively so we've ended up with more donations than before. We've been able to monitor and study successful campaigns, on top of being able to specifically target audiences in terms of certificate programs versus programming versus academics.

What do you like best?

Integration with other apps that our organization utilizes. Very Specific, easy to differentiate the contact groupings

I think that all zoho apps should be given the option to auto-note an account's profile page, more often than not, the noting seems to be repetitive and duplicitous.

What do you like best?

I was able to import my contacts from Gmail. This is a wonderful cloud and within no time i was up and running. what's more i can easily export my contacts to zoho crm.

What do you dislike?

Duplicates. I still have alot of duplicates contacts. I hope there is a way i can merge all the duplicate contacts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I look for leads on the internet. so i copy all the contacts am browsing on the internet to zoho contacts.
