Zoho has a unique ability to look at problems and create solutions for companies from a workflow point of view. They don't develop products which are half thought and/or applicable to one industry. They TRULLY create SOLUTIONS. The zoho bugtracker is a perfect example of such a solution.
This solution allows you create a webform which is connected to the client side to help collect issues. Then in the dashboard assign users, projects and tasks. Track the progress and let the client track it all along the way. And this is probably only 18% of its full capabilities.
The only thing I would like to see is the webform pick up the URL automatically.
We have multiple products which we have developed for clients and provide support for those products. This helps us consolidate into 1.

I have been searching for a long time for a cloud software that integrated project management, issues/bugs tracking, custommer help desk (through email and portal) and timesheets management. And was hoping to find that at a reasonable price. I found that at Zogho Bugtracker
Another benefit is integration with other Zoho software which we depend on such as Zoho People (Zoho HR software)
It would have been great if we would enter administrative time (non-project time) into timesheets and also have timesheets display vacations and holidays extracted from Zoho People (our HR software)
