The best thing about Zoho is living in one single echo system. You don't have to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks. The seamless integration between the Zoho products is ice on the cake.

Sometimes there will be a decision paralysis. When you have multiple integrations that you might not need but still have to deal with. That can ruin your overall user experience

Just give it a try before deciding & also they have a good sales team who will understand your use-case and help you set up the right products to solve your problem.

It solves many problems, For example, if you a small and medium business & you don't have many resources or funds to hire new ones. In those cases, you have multiple apps which come in handy like Zoho Creator (LOW Code Platform), which reduces the need for a developer to automate the internal processes. Once the internal processes are taken care of automatically you have more time to work on what is important rather than spending time on backend tasks.

zoho one is very cheap and contains all apps that zoho is providing.

Nothing all app are awesome and cheap in cost.

You will get everything you need to run your business in one place. Need not invest in multiple tools and then start worrying about integrating those tools. You end up buying many more tools for that.

There are not many drawbacks, I would just expect a little more flexibility and support from the Zoho team.

I could automate many of our business processes using Zoho one. I need not have to worry any longer about which tool to buy and how to integrate them. This is very efficient.

The pricing and the depth of features to which each platform is available. It truly is an all-in-one solution that works for both small and large businesses. Constant updates to the UI and functionalities also means they listen to their customer base.

Their support could be better and better catered to each country. There is a bit of a language barrier and I often get put in touch with the wrong person. This can definitely improve.

It's solving the pain of having multiple online applications all needing separate logins and billing and consolidating all these apps into one login at one low-cost price.

I figured it out after trial and error but once you get it then it is smooth and easy and saves time

Soho Backstage is simple to use. Its extremely organized and self driven. The tutorial is easy to follow and makes it easy to find your target audience for your events. It is easy to read and a great addition to any office or small business.

The one part that is least helpful on Zoho Backstage is the world map. It is difficult to find exact areas. I also dislike that it is not available on Google Chrome yet.

The main business problems I use Zoho Backstage for is to organize my business events and getting word out to my target audience. Without Zoho this was almost impossible and much less successful.

It allows you to plan, promote and execute events that range from large-scale meetings to conferences and trade fairs, to organizers, corporations and non-profit agencies. I like the technical support because it is very attentive and they give an immediate answer to your problems.

I still do not get a disadvantage with this product. He has behaved very well.

It is an incomparable, unique and incredible application. It offers many functions to facilitate the work. I recommend using this tool.

With this system we have done many things and help us solve problems that arise in the company immediately. It makes our work easier and faster without losing time.
