PROS: I have better visibility of the VIP and regular guests for our events. Making edits on the seating plan can also be done quickly.
CONS: The product for me is perfect as it is. Nothing needs to be changed because I am satisfied.

I love the email and form templates. They're very easy and intuitive to use & I like how it allows you to duplicate invitations for other waves. Also like how you can add 1 invitee to a specific invite, and it sends to that 1 new person (a real time saver!).
I wish there were more statuses (not just Confirmed and Unconfirmed). For example, tracking people who are "interested" (versus just 'invited' who have not responded in any way).
I get to send invites and track acceptances for our events.
Benefits - easy & efficient.
We use this app daily in order to check in guests. It is intuitive and has many different features allowing us to customize based on an events' needs.
While for the most part it runs smoothly we have run into a few glitches.
We need to check in all our guests with a reliable service for a number of reasons including catering needs. Benefits include being able to edit on the spot and provide name tags a la minute.
Very easy to use and user-friendly. Importing our data takes minutes, event check-in is simple, and makes us look very professional to our guests. Also easy to import event attendance back into our database (Raiser's Edge) when the event is over.
Not much to dislike. We would prefer a few more optional fields in the information we can import into the app, but our rep at Zkipster has told us this will happen in an upcoming upgrade
You can use it for a single event or buy a subscription. It's definitely worth trying - we were amazed thw first time we used it!
Event check-in is now a breeze - no longer have to use printed lists. You can look up guests with a portion of a name, so fumbling through an alphabetical list on paper is no longer an issue. Easy to change a or add guests at the last minute. It updates immediately over multiple devices, so anyone doing check-in, even in multiple areas, can immediately see who has/hasn't checked in, so you can quickly and accurate answer staff or other guests wanting to know if someone has arrived.
Check in is much faster, more accurate and we look more polished and professional to our senior staff and to guests.
In various event organisations that I have worked in over the past five years, we have used the product Zkipster. Me and the teams really like the user interface, coupled with the guaranteed security. A lot of the feature are initiative which make it simple to use.
I've always found the support team that work on Zkipster to be approachable and friendly and the product has been able to meet the needs that my events have. What is impressive (and the that really stands out for me) is the event software’s ability to adapt and move with the ever-changing event landscape.
Adding new features and keeping up to speed with what’s new is now more than ever, essential that we evolve to meet the needs of our consumers. This something that I feel reassured it will stand the test of time and which makes it guaranteed product that will stand the test of time.
For intricate events with lots of different categories of event guests, it can be a little clunky to set-up but it essential to spend the time prepping.
It has completely changed the communication streams that we have with our guests.

Don't expect it to go from name to name, it takes time to load. So you can develop a line outside your event.
Guest lists. It makes it easier to search for guests in a database.

PROS: zkipster, for me, is very useful and easy yo figure out. I use it to manage my events and make sure that the guests are comfortably seated once they arrive at the venue. It also comes with online forms that are easy to fill up and submit. I can also send repeat invites to people for other events.
CONS: They could probably consider adding more option status on the guest list. So far, I can only tick two options, which confirm or not confirm the attendance of a specific guest. A comment section would be helpful should the guest have any particular request.
