Zixflow is user-friendly and easy to use. Once you’re used to it, you can easily jump between modules without any problems.
Since the platform offers high customizability, we found it a little difficult to get started. But the in-depth help center explained everything nicely.
We had our fair share of experience with complicated CRM platforms but none of them can stand against the intuitive nature of Zixflow.
We take data security seriously. And Zixflow’s user permission control allows us to eliminate data leaks through internal negligence.
Although the permission control is strong, it’s missing granular level permissions.
With Zixflow, we can ensure that only the right people have access to relevant data, minimizing unnecessary data exposure.
The platform is extremely customizable to meet our business’s unique needs. Tailored lists allowed us to handle many of our operations from a single platform.
As of right now, we don’t dislike anything about the software.

This tool automates my manual workload that is operational in nature, leaving me with time to strategise and actually sell. This has made my Sales Process much more Scalable than ever.
Sales Simplify has been a great asset to my team. It has enabled us to manage our sales activities more efficiently and monitor our progress in real-time. The drag-and-drop pipeline feature has also been very useful in simplifying the process of moving deals to different stages. I'm also very impressed with the AI-based analytics which helps us to identify bottlenecks and optimize our sales strategies.
Excel feature to import leads is slightly tricky

I liked everything about the software till now
If you are running your business in hybrid mode and some of your sales team are working remotely, then also it won’t be difficult for you to train them and track their performance.
One thing that I liked the most about this software is its UI. It's so easy to use once you understand it. Also, the customer support team is always ready to help you out in case you find it difficult to understand something.
As of now, I don't have anything that I didn't like about this software. It simply has everything which is needed for a smooth sales pipeline.
Unlike other platforms, sales simplify is very easy to use and there's a feature called Learn which allows you to record a video tutorial. Using this feature I was able to train my team members.
