So easy to use with Google email. No extra clicking on multiple things to read your email after you create an account.

Like it all. No dislikes so far. It is even easy for my recipients to open their email.

It keeps my patient information safe and protected and ensures it is in the right hands.

Sending and receiving encrypted email is seamless if the other party has Zix, as well. If the receiving party does not have Zix the instructions for setting up an account to receive the email is also easy.

Zix works so seamlessly that users forget they are using it. That's why setting up the rules is so important so Zix catches everything that needs encryption.

Make sure you understand the rules behind the application that the automatic encryption engine uses. In addition to the rules and words that are already set up you can tailor it to your needs.

HIPAA regulations require ePHI (Electronic Protected Health Information) to be transmitted securely. Zix Encryption meets this requirement automatically without relying on your employees to remember to encrypt manually.

This product has been very helpful in keeping our information safe, giving us the confidence needed to safely send out required reports and secure information.

Looked at other options that could not compare with the price and ease of ZixMail.

Setup was done within a matter of minutes and used the same day as installed.

Very positive feed back from users that receive the emails they have not had any problems with opening or being able to view the Zixmail emails they received from us.

Very simple to use, you type the email and click on the Encrypt and Send button that is it.

ZixMail has a feature that incorporates with G Suite very well (GAME). Encryption happens behind the scenes and even decryption of messages go straight through each users inbox. No portal required for your G Suite users.

3rd Party users have messages routed through a customizable portal that is very easy to use.

I have yet to find anything I dislike with ZixMail. The configuration can be a little complex, but support is always there to help with whatever you need.

If you are looking into adopting ZixMail and have G Suite, look into getting GAME. It integrates nicely and is behind the scenes, after initial setup.

I work for a healthcare clinic and to comply with government regulations, our messages containing personal health information need to be encrypted. ZixMail takes care of that seemlessly. Many safeguards are built-in for healthcare including keywords and identifiers to automatically encrypt messages that contain such information. Of course, users can manually select a message to be encrypted by added a term of choice. Great software and integrates very well with G Suite.

Customer support has been one of the best I have ever worked with. The product is rock solid and works as it should.

Reporting could be a little better with more advance search options other than the canned ones.

Keeping PHI from being sent unencrypted

The ease of use and for the most part hands off encryption.

We don't find that much of a downside to the product as it really fits our needs.

We communicate with counties and state agencies on a day to day basis. Most of those institutions use Zix as well making our encryption process seamless.

The best part is that I can set it up and forget about it. My users are able to send secure, HIPAA compliant, documents and not have to really even think about what or how they are getting it done.

The only downside is the portal. It just isn't very...pretty?. Of course it is white labeled for us and all but it still is very utilitarian. Not that it is a real issue, at all, it just is the only downside I could find so far.

It's a very simple process to get set up and learn to use.

Our provider credentialing department was utilizing file transfer protocol prior to us implementing ZixEncrypt. This took a little extra time created a nightmare learning curve at times, and added unnecessary work to the IT team. Now they just send an encrypted email... simple as that.

It's just easy to use and especially between zix customers and they've become the gold standard in my industry, insurance/benefits.

I deal a lot in PHI and though I've always been careful, my customers haven't but this has made it easy for them to get me PHI securely.

Protecting Customers Personal Identifiable Information as well as setting our company up to secure valuable data.

There is not much to dislike, we only had one issue where messages were quarantined that were not supposed to. After reporting the issue, Zix helped us resolve it quickly.

HIPPA Compliance, securing Personal Identifiable Information, policies that encrypt messages where employees may have forgotten to encrypt the message.

The transition from an on prem VM to cloud was simple and did not interrupt mail flow - works easily with Office 365

Management interface is limited in abilities that were present in the on premise device - This required us to contact the vendor to insure that all items to meet our criteria were available in the cloud based product

The cloud based product is by far the easiest once implemented - not necessary to apply updates or worry about the vm or device going down

Encryption of HIPAA and Patient Info automatically with keyword as well as Decryption on the fly with other facilities that have encryption devices in place
