easy to use, there are lot of features, deatils can be tracked easily, conversations are recorded for easy access

i think the recordings should be shown early on the zipteams , it takes time for the recordings to show...

It is precise in its way to analyse the calls and helps in understanding the calls in a better manner without even investing more time in listening the calls completely

Haven't figured anything as such as of now but I think it would be better in

understanding our names precisely as it got my name wrong on each call, If that is sorted that would enough.

Solving in the sense to understand the call, gives you a summarised paragraph about what has been spoken and also helps in the future tasks to be completed....
