I have used ZipRecruiter in the past to hire employees and find it very user friendly, with direct contact with the potential future employees and the company of ZipRecruiter itself.
The cost is fair and customer service is on task. I did have a concern and contacted customer service; I was connected to Jay Smith, who is not only understanding and patient; after researching he was able to resolve my situation in a reasonable timeframe. Other companies should learn customer service and would only be so fortunate to have employees as Jay Smith. In the future should I need to hire I will always use ZipRecruiter.
