What do you like best about zipBoard?

I love zipBoard for its ease of use. It's very intuitive and even non-technical people can use it right away.

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

The system can be buggy at times and when it happens, the whole team has to wait for it to run again.

Recommendations to others considering zipBoard:

I highly recommend zipBoard for software review and for communication between the UX/QA team and the developers and designers. Client reviews are also well done when you use zipBoard. Make sure the firewalls allow zipBoard to work.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use zipBoard to review eLearning modules and provide feedback for the designers and evelopers.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

ZipBoard makes it really easy to review a website and build a list of bugs / enhancements all without leaving your web browser. Being able to grab a screenshot and built an itemized list all in one action is a superb feature.

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

Being able to archive lists might be useful.

Recommendations to others considering zipBoard:

I would 100% recommend you try the product.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a distributed team who all need to have access to and contribute to the website development effort without using email / spreadsheets and having easy reporting and sepeartion of tasks. The zipboard product has saved us a great deal of time and effort in the day to day website development effort as we test and rollout new features.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

The facility of reviewing the board in real time and also assigning task.

also the intergrations have made it a really awesome product.

finally the UI which is the best i could find in such category.

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

Not anything as such right now but may be if the two extensions can be covered up into one.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was making a site for our startup, BookMybooks but initially we were never on the same page when we were in the development stage, but Zipboard helped to bridge that gap and brought us on same page.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

The software is flexible in terms of how tasks are designed and managed, even if the client does not label comments, tasks, requests, etc. Properly, it is very easy to follow the activity and make sure that nothing is lost or forgotten the price is appropriate and worth it because it does everything you need for a remote website development project.

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

There really is no aspect that makes me angry because; The software is easy to use, intuitive and consistently accurate when performing any specific task.

The consumer and the internal team will access the data while maintaining the confidentiality and protection of confidential information, one of the advantages of the application is the possibility of reviewing the web-based content, images, documents or PDF files as a visor, last student. The reviewer is allowed to experience the process from the actual perspective of finished viewing.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

The zipBoards framework allows several projects to be designed and managed in a single way; where other tools require a particular method for everyone to give some room for you and your team. The views of your projects are also very useful, they are several ways to see what is happening in the term of the projects and this has been a great benefit for the business.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

The application is flexible in how projects are configured and managed, the zipBoards environment allows you to configure and manage multiple projects in a unique way; where other tools force a specific method for everything, it also gives you and your team some space. The views of your projects are also extremely useful, there are several ways to see what is happening within the project and the client or the internal team can access the data while maintaining the integrity and security of the internal information.

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

What I did not like was that on the Pin screen and add comment navigation is a bit complicated, most people use the left button to navigate, but here you add a pin that can not be removed only deleted if it is not filled nothing.

Recommendations to others considering zipBoard:

One of the strengths of the application is the ability to review content, images, documents or web-based PDF files as a viewer and final student. It allows the reviewer to experience the process from the actual viewing perspective finished, the ease of use is also very impressive, the reviewer selects the link and immediately goes to the presentation, website, document, etc.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to improve my tasks on a daily basis giving a positive impact to the organization I work for, it is simple from a task management perspective, the application is also extremely simple and logical. Customer or customer comments are easily reviewed and processed and their internal feedback is incredibly easy to process and with the actual location of any reported problem linked to the task, the resolution and validation are intuitive.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

It is a great idea that many people do not even realize what they need in their lives, it makes working with clients much easier since it has an extremely intuitive dashboard and is very easy to configure. Managing users and projects is perhaps simpler than any other product that has been used for web and application testing, it also allows customers to tell me what modifications they would like to see with comments and tags. I like that it is also lightweight and I don't have to create additional storage on my part....

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

It bothers me that at some point I need a browser extension to capture images of the course, but I understand why it does. However, that can cause some critics to stumble apart from the actual execution of a project is a bit flawed. Our users tend to record repeated errors and do not have good visibility of what others reported and we had many duplicate problems or screenshots.

Recommendations to others considering zipBoard:

It has provided an easy-to-use interface to work with the website notes, I love the idea of zipBoard adding notes to a website is something that I have needed in my life for a long time. The ability to comment directly on the websites we are building or where a customer needs information is very good. We also observe that your comments live exactly where the problem is so you are not wasting time describing where the problem is.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

With many of my clients they send screenshots of the page, with notes in an email it makes it easier for the client to show me exactly what they mean, it makes our lives much easier and we can easily comment and describe the changes right where the We need instead to go in circles by email. It also helps us with audits of websites for potential clients to show the proposed changes in the design, we can easily make relevant notes that are not only useful for us but are even easy for our clients to understand.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

The zipBoard environment allows you to configure and manage multiple projects in a unique way; where other tools force a specific method for everything. One of the strengths of the application is the ability to review content, images, documents or web-based PDF files, there is still room for improvement and I like the team to constantly work on new functions and be very supportive when we want to add a function or change something.

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

The software sometimes has errors and freezes but has an interface concept that is simple and easy to use, although it still has some sections where it could be better. There are large buttons so you can click on tasks, upload files, add collaborators and share my projects, I feel that if there are shortcuts that allow the user to change the status of an open item directly from the tasks, it would be easier for reviewers.

Recommendations to others considering zipBoard:

I highly recommend it because zipBoard allows us to see all our work in one place and organize them easily by priority, apart from having a workflow it is very easy to implement, from the creation of the project to the client's signature, those who want to start Your career as a freelance or web agency, I recommend zipBoard.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ease of use is also very impressive, the reviewer selects the link and immediately goes to the presentation that allows the task list to remember its sort order the last time instead of the default publication date, for example: no I have to select sort by screen every time I reload the page, it is also an excellent tool to have for any organization that works with images and videos, it also helps us with audits of websites for potential clients to show the proposed changes in design.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

I particularly like the ability to view websites in a range of screen sizes. And unlike other tools I've used, zipBoard takes a screenshot in that view so it's clear what annotations refer to.

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

There's nothing that I really dislike. If I was to be really critical think that the UI can improve, but I can see that it's evolving.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using zipBoard for two main purposes. First, to help me review websites so that I can present observations and recommendations to clients. And second, to feed back on a web build/design project - assigning tasks and collaborating with designers and developers.

I find zipBoard to be a far more effective way to do both these things that traditional methods such as documents or spreadsheets. It's more immediate and contextual.

What do you like best about zipBoard?

The ability to have multiple reviewers and highlight specific areas on the boards

What do you dislike about zipBoard?

Uploading zipped storyline files did not work, even when I gave the story.html file as the start up it simply didn't work.

I tested it with 4 people - a mixture of internal and clients. Only one successfully used the tool correctly. Those who were not 'tech-savvy' simply didn't 'get it' despite me giving instructions and using the help.

There are too many options for reviewing - I think simple is best, no need for comments, boxes, etc. Just click on the screen and add a comment.

Watch this space.

What problems is zipBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is difficult to capture feedback for elearning. The potential is there for this tool to be successful, I think it needs more testing with people of varying technical abilities.
