I like that Zip is user-friendly and easily navigated. I am not a Finance/Procurement professional, so using something like this can be intimidating at first. But it was simple!

I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. I wish it was available to use through more channels, however.

I can purchase something upfront for no or up to 20% of the cost of the item I want. It helps not only give me plenty of time to pay off the item without having to wait for it but it also is an inexpensive way of doing that and helps build my credit rating in the process every time a payment is made.

Quadpay offers a great solution for those who desire a product but are unable to pay up front in full for it.

Sometimes payments stay in an authorized status in Shopify but I believe this is mainly due to Shopify.

Just do it. It gives your customer a reliable option they wouldn't normally have.

We have received very perrsonalized attention at Quadpay, in contrast to other alternative payment providers that we have used. They give off a smaller company feel in the focus that they put on those companies that use their platform. They also try their best to include each company in their brand specific marketing initiatives.

We are looking to do a try before you buy option on our website, but they don't currently offer that. Although, they are willing to develop it.

They give great personalize support, but are a smaller company in the alternative payments industry. So they aren't as sophisticated in things beyond paying in installments yet. Hopefully more to come.

We are able to give our customers different ways to pay, namely a financing option that works with our higher priced products.
