As a developer, the ease of this implementation was a huge positive for us. The simplicity of having built-in widgets and an easy API made this implementation quick and relatively painless. The support is very responsive and is willing to work with you to build out any features you may want. Touchpoints with our account rep are quarterly but if you would want more or less, their team respects that decision.
Though easy to implement, the out-of-box user dashboard is not very attractive. There are a lot of ways to customize the interface's theme and you can embed it on a page but I think multiple layouts would have helped our integration at the beginning from looking like everyone else's. Also, there really isn't a production/development toggle for each account so we had to have another instance spun up so we could do our continuous integration testing.
If you are a small to medium sized company looking for a simple-integration loyalty program that doesn't charge a huge overhead, ZInrelo is a good choice. As long as you don't value having a human make every change (vs having a user-friendly interface you use), I can't recommend Zinrelo more.
We previously had a more complicated and more expensive loyalty program. We were forced to do everything through an account manager so our spontaneous nature didn't mesh well and the costs were reducing our return on investment. Zinrelo replaced that company for us. We now pay a lower rate and get an even better return overall since we are able to change rules and add loyalty-based promotions when we need to.
The onboarding process. The team at Zinrelo was amazing. My rep Justin John did a thorough job helping us get set up, and implementing the software into our native CRM platform. The feedback and immediate response was almost unheard of in today's business environment.
Should have done it sooner! I regret not partnering with Zinrelo before now. There were a few hiccups getting our website to work with the Zinrelo dashboard at first, but the pros on Zinrelo's end had it working in no time.
Customer retention and referrals. We have been searching for an answer on how to get our customers to purchase more frequently, and the Zinrelo solution was exactly what we needed.
