I would like the dashboard to look more sophisticated and make it easier to review the statistical significance of results.
It seems to be incompatible with my organisation's software so I frequently have to log out and back into Citrix to make it work. Occasional the matrix questions corrupt and duplicate the entry above.

not much filters in the dashboard, just the basics. Since I don't use the software that frequently, sometimes I find it difficult to play with the dashboard, to see answers in one way or another, but in general the platform diagram the answers in an easy to understand.
When I think of zinklar, I find it as a fast option to answer some tactical questions, it would be great to be able to run more complex research, even evolve it to include more research methodologies like product testing.
It would be great also to have questions template for questionnaires already in the platform according to different research methodologies: Concept Testing, Usage & attitudes, Max-Diffs, client service, shopper, etc. Specially in the concept testing I like an specific tool that is call highlighting tool, it would be great to have it in Zinklar.
Don't be afraid to use it, it is very intuitive and the client service team is always happy to help and give you training about the platform
