I love Zinc's speedy service for background checks, but also love their user-friendly features which make using Zinc so easy and make my job easier at the end of the day.

I can't think of anything i dislike about Zinc

Zinc is helping us with background checks and is making it as easy as possible with speedy service, which makes my job easier

Zinc is a great all-round platform for background checks. The platform offers ease of access, pace of checks being completed and brand promotion whilst doing these things.

I have yet to find something about Zinc that I dislike. Each time a candidate is processed it is automated and fast.

Prior to using Zinc we were using another platform which took a signficant amount of time to provide background and references checks on each candidate which slowed down the process and often found the checks were not done completely or at all. This has improved our time to hire and efficiency in our onboarding processes.

The set up is simple and the internal team did an amazing walk through with our team. Wish all EORs were operated this way.

Nothing at this time. Everything is very straight forward and the Zinc team are easy to work with should any issues arise.

International background checks and on-boarding

Not having to chase references your self- Chasing can take a lot of time up that is needed in other areas of my role

Absolutely nothing. It does everything for you. Cant fault it and cant believe we never used it sooner.

Time, HAving to chase people for reference checks can be time consuming and this takes a bit of pressure off my role. Also it makes the candidate experience an easy one where all information is in one place.

Easy and simple to use. It's a good set up so we can easily click and background checks are sent for the candidate. The best background check site we have used so far.

I'm yet to find some dislikes for Zinc. So far it has been simple and very quick to use. The only downside is the emails but that is easily turned off if you wish ,

Zinc is solving many problems as we had a issue with timing for background checks to come back. We now click a button and background checks are sent and emailed to the candidate and come back quickly.

Helped simplify processes when onboarding new employees

I haven't experianced any problems, it is fit for purpose.

It has removed the weeks of manually processing so has saved us a lot of time

As a company going through a big global growth phase, we have been able to streamline and improve the candidate Background Check experience through Zinc!

Onboarding was simple, and the turnaround times are 400% faster than our old supplier.

The Zinc team have been really helpful from the first call with Ash, the Account Exec, to our onboarding and check-in calls with Tiasha, our CSM.

Nothing major, but there is one check that we need in Brazil that they don't currently offer, which will hopefully change soon.

Honestly... can't think of anything in particular. If I had to say something, it would be that some checks can take a while to get completed (DBS / Credit Checks in some cases, I have noticed), but that isn't really a Zinc issue.

Packaging a variety of background checks into one. It really does make the whole background checking process infinitely better, quicker, and more efficient. It's also really easy to track how the checks are progressing, and which checks need to be reviewed. Our business also conducts yearly annual background checks, which Zinc makes super easy by providing a bulk upload template, and they take care of the rest.

The process of taking references, right to work and criminal checks has always been a lengthy process. When going through a large amount of growth, this time adds up quick. To stay compliant and automate this process, Zinc was a no brainer. The ability to create packages with different checks needed for our international team has also been great.

Having gone from 100% manually running this process, seeing notification emails when checks have be completed through Zinc still excites me!

Zinc is an essential to my process and I will continue to use it where ever I go.

When you click into a candidates profile where you can see what checks are still outstanding, there process of getting back to the home page is not as clean.

This is an incredibly minor flaw in an incredible tool.

Automation of reference checks, right to work, criminal record and any other checks we need to conduct to stay compliant.
