Today, Zimbra is used throughout our organization for its communicative potential. Communication between work teams is much more effective, plus Zimbra allows file sharing up to 25MB, integrates calendar functions, calls, video conferencing and more. The user interface is simple and easy to understand and works stably on laptops, desktops, tablets and phones and is something I like.

So far I have had no problems with this tool, I find myself happy with its functions and performance.

Zimbra abysmally promotes business communication and this is important for every company. In addition, adapting to this software is fast because of how intuitive and easy to use it can be. Recommended.

No tengo ninguna queja actualmente sobre Zimbra, ha desarrollado todas sus tareas de forma eficiente.

Su plataforma es muy sencilla y puede ser comprendida por cualquier trabajador que tenga conocimientos de computadora para manejar todos los correos por lo que es capaz de funcionar en cualquier sector de la empresa.

cuando los correos lleguen a la carpeta de spam debería haber una alerta que avise cuando un correo tiene mucho tiempo y no ha sido revisado.

En la empresa zimbra asiduo un software muy beneficioso ya que ha mejorado toda nuestra red de comunicación a través de internet y podemos enviar todo tipo de archivos de una forma muy segura y eficaz y a la vez manejar todos nuestros correos electrónicos de uso cotidiano cómo Gmail.

Perfect solution for email client with all the goodies included

Client connectivity with an easy to use, mirror liked application that resemble the Web version. Some people really prefer to use an application instead of the web version.

Zimbra Desktop is a very powerful product in terms of handling all the typical account items you would see, like e-mails, calendar, tasks and contacts. They have an awesome "briefcase" for doc management that works like a charm. Everything works well and like it should.

I've noticed lag when working with POP side. It is noticeable to others too.

Works so well and is cost suitable for most companies large or small.

Handling all my email items like mail, calendars etc. The benefits are awesome so far as I feel much more organized in my work life.

Zimbra Desktop provides a great user experience as it supports various mail clients and incorporates various business domains and is of great help in communication with different business and corporations.

Glitches happen sometimes and sometimes the backed up mails can't also be retrieved.Except for that it works well sometimes even with a good internet speed, new mails don't get loaded or sent.

Zimbra is a very acceptable platform to improve internal and external communication within the organization; it is currently used to create videoconferences and discuss work issues between teams and with superiors, in such a way a better tuning and better knowledge of the status of the projects being carried out is maintained.
