Utilizo o Zimbra Collaboration desde 2015 e posso dizer com total convicção: É uma ótima ferramenta de colaboração. Ele possui, praticamente, todas as funções do MS Exchange ou mesmo a Suite de Escritório e Colaboração do Google. Aqui utilizamos todas as funções que ele nos proporciona: Drive, Chat, MTA, LDAP, Calendário, Tarefas a fazer, dentre outras funções. Além de podermos obter mais funcionalidades através de plugins, como integração com nextcloud, rocket.chat e afins.

As a negative point, I can say that there is not much documentation about the tool or, when there is, it is outdated. I believe that the Zimbra Collaboration developers and team lack disclosure. You also need an app for mobile and desktop devices

With Zimbra we have a product with functionality and performance, a strong user community, consulting solid partnership. Good cost management and easya to create internal/operational efficiencies.

The best thing i like about zimbra is the way it's set up because it makes it easy for me to navigate. Zimba is better than yahoo, Gmail, AOL, and MSN. It is so easy to use and has tools that make me extremely happy. I consider zimbra the best email provider they also let me see whats new and when i send emails to my coworkers they send in a flash. Zimbra also have awesome system that never ever logs me out unlike other email providers.

I can't say I dislike Zimbra because i got all my work mail sent there. And Zimbra has never given me any issues, so therefore I can't tell I dislike it. Zimbra should have a better review than Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL because it's way better; I believe Zimbra should at the top of the top when i comes to choosing emails. I could never i dislike zimbra they help me everyday. ever since ive starting working for disney plus they have been there to help me and i really really like that.

Zimbra is one of the best email providers i used in my life. This email provider should be everyone's go-to email provider. I think Zimbra has the fastest and easiest system ever.

Zimba helps me solve daily errands I have to go through every day. It also helps me in reviewing updated information I must read. Zimbra has been beneficial, and i appreciate that.

Zimbra Distribution list Futures is very good for big infrastructure if you send 1 msg to many more people you can simply send single person its auto forward to all

There is single dislike point ) Zimbra Does not have any phishing control when provide exchange or any more email services

Its Open source so easy to use and easy to deploy for small to big industry

It has a very simple interface that makes this software an easy tool to use and its installation is very simple.

I do not find major issue in this software actullay I am using open source edtion.

Zimbra is cost effective as compared to other mail service providers. don’t need to invest in costly softwares.

to be honest i dont think i have anything dislike

it helped me new things a lot for my working environment

- Zimbra is very stable if compare to the traditonal mail server such as postfix, its elastic and can scale the mailbox, hosting multiple domain on the same server, chat service, and conference.

- very good of antivirus protection, spam filter. its very well integrated with letsencrypt certificate.

- configuration of setup server is a bit difficult for system administrator, its require linux administrator skill.

- sometime when one service is problem it affect with other, especially ldap services.

- previously we use the postfix mail server there have alot of problem with sending email etc and also spam filter, we need to use another spam filter such as baracuda to protect.

- previously we use another chat messenger if we are not clear in email, but now we can use one platform for chating, conference at the same time.

- with dynamic web platform UI can switch to basic html if the connection is slow.

Linux base which is easy to deploy and manage

Nothing that I see that can I dislike. I have 10 company with 10 domain email server
