I've been using Ziflow for a while now, and it's seriously been a game changer for my proofreading process. It makes it so incredibly easy to mark up any errors or changes that need to be made. I also love the pause button feature! SUPER useful when QA'ing or proofreading a video.

I paticularly like how you can upload jpegs, live url websites, videos, live powerpoint docs, google docs, and share the project's feedback, comments, check off sections tasks as complete or thumbs up and provide various communicative reactions, and call out the sections you're referring to with the shapes and arrows. It is very easy to use and simple interface. I also like how you can feature multiple pages to review proofs and even call out the specific time stamps on videos. It's helped my coworkers and I communicate changes on all or various design. projects and in editing our website, it allowed us to get through projects and revise per the feedback much faster than the back and forth had we not called out the exact revisions through ziflows features. I find this especially useful while working remotely, since our team is spread out through multiple time zones and states. I highly recommend Ziflow, and encourage our team to continuously use it as part of our design feedback and approval process. I can honestly say I cant imagine our process without it and would preffer not to go without, so much that I would use it while freelancing. It also makes sharing the link for reviews super easy.
honestly, there's not a whole lot i dislike about ziflow, maybe that the cost can be a bit high when you require multiple users on various projects, which take up user slots, but its understandable. certain features also aren't available on all tiers, but again I guess that can be expected.
using the shapes and arrows to highlight specific sections to be revised, and to call out once updated makes it super easy to spot the latest versions way faster than having to communicate changes verbally, it makes it easy for everyone on the team to see what changes have already been called out and for transparancy the progress being made, lessens the back and forth, and it helps us document all the previous versions as well so everyone can see every single revision version made and keep track of all the changes, and refer to previous versions as necessary.
It's a sleek and modern looking site for starters. Being able to make custom templates so you don't have to go through the process of manually adding each team member is a huge time saver. The stage function also makes it easier to make sure the people that need to see the ziflow will see it when they need to.
The recent design overhaul changed somethings and may take some getting used to but new users won't be affaceted by this. It'll probably make things faster later. The public url button could be a bit more prominent. Also status could be updated to include the stage that last completed (Stage 1: Internal Review Complete, for example).

Before Ziflow, my team and I would have to save a pdf of our documents in a shared folder and watch as dozens of people would comment on the same file, get frustrated that they couldn't save their changes because someone else had it open, save it in a new name in a new folder. You can imagine that we saw a lot of the same comments over and over - a big waste of time for both us, and those reviewing the documents. With Ziflow, we've done away with this process completely. Now, everyone can see what everyone else is saying about the documents, we can attach snapshots for context, you can easily keep track of which comments have been resolved, who needs to be contacted about what, which version of the file we're working on (and how it differs from the previous version) and more. It's been a game-changer for us.
A few weeks ago, I noticed a bug in "Ziflow". If you upload two files with the same name, it will duplicate one of the files rather than load the two files you wanted. It's not surprising that the issue was missed during testing because why would you ever have two files that are named the same in a single proof. The good news is that the Ziflow team has been very receptive to our team's comments and suggestions. I suspect the issue will be resolved soon.
