I tried a number of differnt last mile delivery apps, Zeo recognised the most adress's

The platform is very easy to use, and very intuative. The ability to add multiple routes to the same driver is fantastic and uploading routes pre assigned to differnt drivers is also very usefull.

The app is very easy to use for drivers and links well to google maps for directions. No need to swap between different apps.

The free trial is also comprehensive and the full package unlike most other apps

All round a fantastic tool for anyone needing last mile delivery

I couldn't get fleet manager to work on my mobile app but not a big problem, this may have been user error

Easy to use, fast interface. The program easily routes you from one stop to the next and lets you load all stops and then optimizes exactly like we need.

The experience has been good thus far. The customer service is good.

Route Optimization

Zeo Route planner is an app that will make it way more efficient for anyone who needs to plan routes with multiple stops. I've tried other apps in the past, but this one has a great interface and is very easy to use, with great features such as notes by each address, taking you directly to Google Maps, easy upload of a lot of addresses, etc.

There are occasional glitches, but that is normal in many apps.

Zeo solves the problem of organizing a route with multiple stops, going in circles due to poor routing, having to manually input each address, etc, by organizing it for you efficiently, making it a way easier task to handle routes with multiple stops.

Zeo Route Planner saves me precious time and gas. It doesn't matter what order I add the stops, it will automatically sort them to my best advantage.

I hope that the app will someday update with traffic delays, or best time to travel.

I'm living in a area that I'm unfamiliar with and Zeo makes my route efficient and easy to get from one stop to the next. Without Zeo I was having to do a lot back tracking and was not able to finish my route on some days.Ive used numerous apps. Each one was worse then the next. It was hard to navigate within their app and confusing to use. Zeo on the other hand was was by far the best app I tried. It made adding stops easy to do,along with moving stops around. Your able to adjust for delays and the time spent at each stop. I like that once you've entered all the stops and optimized the route. It shows every stop on a map. That makes it easy to insert additional stops in between the others. It's quick and easy to use which is critical when your on a time schedule.

Ive been using zeo for a couple of yrs now and i tell everyone in my field about it. The feature i love the most is being able to edit stops on the fly and it reoptimizes the remaining route for me.

It might be that it has the option but i haven't figured it out but..

I would like to be able to insert a stop at the same address as my end location without it being sorted to the end and without it causing the stops before and after it to not be optimized.

Zeo's web platform provides real time visibility of all our drivers. Zeo also lets us divide all the deliveries between the drivers.

Can't think of any at the moment. There were a few bugs a few times but they were resolved as soon as we pointed them out.

It saves our drivers tons of time in sequencing their deliveries. Zeo makes it super easy to take proof of delivery and signature proof. We can now easily submit the reports to FedEx and amazon.

It's very intuitive to use, for a fair price and costumizable for all the client's requirements.

I dont really know, at the begging It didnt have all the tools that I wanted but the made them for me for a very fair price
