It's easy to add a task for the team to see. For each task, there is more than enough ways to add information and detail. I like this part because sometimes a team member doesn't give much detail and just updates an item with hardly any information. When that happens, we request more info. Each member can add their own tasks and maintain what they need to do. It's almost like a checklist.

Some of the additional features are not so intuitive or easy to find. Some members of our team are not as receptive to how great of a tool this is because they haven't unlocked its true potential.

I've been using ZENTAO for over one year now and I love that tasks with a due date (on a certain day/time), are sent as a reminder email, which is helpful when you have many tasks to take care of. Additionally, larger tasks can have subtasks (each with their own due dates) which helps keep to-dos very well organized.

It offers lifetime free upgrade ,focuses on projects development and also flexible to use and simple to manage . it's quite affordable for a small team. It's also designed to support scrum practice in project management.

No dislikes so far eventhough have had quite interactive experience with the ZENTAO software

The best feature I have come to like and rely on very much would be ZENTAO's customization feature that allows me to feel very confident using the product because it allows me to make changes by adding more functionality tweaking dashboards to suit my organisation's business model.

I also like that ZENTAO prioritizes document arrangement for easy access which I have found to be very helpful because using its library for storing my documents allows me to locate files quicker.

Although the architecture is perfect for me, the prices of this product's subscription plans are my main concern and drawback at the same, the cost is just too high.

I would recommend they set aside a budget that gives them access to a plan that offers more features.

The problem that was addressed by ZENTAO was the issue to do with switching from one product to the other for document editing, conversion and storage and this used to cost us as an organisation a lot of money to purchase different products for different purposes but since we adopted ZENTAO as our go-to product we were able to find everything in one software and this helped a lot in terms of workflow.

Its great using ZENTAO helped me a lot with bug logs and much. Its simple to use and if you have any problems the assistenc will help you directly
