PROS: Zenloops team was quick to set us up and has ever since been very helpful. We were able to further understand and prevent customer churn.
CONS: Nothing problematic has happend so far. The service team is always very helpful as well.

Before zenloop we had answer rates below 10%, with zenloop and the NPS method we increased these answer rates to around 30%. This drastically helps us to gain valuable insights and enables us to act on these.
