Zenloop impresses us with its platform's ease of use.
What do you like best about zenloop?
Intuitive UI, quick and straightforward setup of queries, and easy integration of the queries into our customer journeys make Zenloop a valuable tool in our CRM tech stack.
What do you dislike about zenloop?
The customization options for queries could be more flexible to gain even more targeted insights. Additionally, the tool could become more versatile with sensible expansions, such as the integration of additional survey functionalities.
What problems is zenloop solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zenloop, we can efficiently integrate NPS queries into various touchpoints and journeys to capture customer feedback in a targeted manner. We also use the tool to better understand our customers' purchasing behavior at different points. It is our central digital feedback tool that goes beyond the mere collection of NPS and helps us make data-based decisions and sustainably increase customer satisfaction.

The best thing I like about zen loop is we mostly give services but we don't know how customers feel about the services that where zenloop helped me a lot it is very easy to use and with the help of this I cam to know the feedback of the customers with great customer support.

What do you like best about zenloop?
The best Thing I like about the Zenloop is the scope of users giving feedback on the services, based on their inputs and feedback we can make the changes and we can able to kmow How frequetly customers are using the servies by the team support.

When we talk about dislikes about Zenloop, I Just came to about it I need to learn and use more then I can able to say.

What do you like best about zenloop?
Very easy way to integrate the voice of customer into different touchpoints. Possibility to react to customer feedback (using promoters and preventing churn). Very helpful customer service - they give good and proactive advise.
What do you dislike about zenloop?
The sentiment analysis is a very good feature but also has some limitations.
What problems is zenloop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Powerful experience management platform!
What do you like best about zenloop?
With zenloop, it is super easy to gather essential insights on customers wishes and painpoints throughout the whole customer journey. Moreover, drivers for both loyalty and dissatisfaction are automatically identified which enables a quick reaction to issues and prioritization. zenloop is definitely a powerful tool to manage customer experience systematically!
What do you dislike about zenloop?
It should be possible to structure the dashboard a little bit better but that's just a minor issue.

Very insigthful NPS tool

PROS: Zenloops team was quick to set us up and has ever since been very helpful. We were able to further understand and prevent customer churn.

CONS: Nothing problematic has happend so far. The service team is always very helpful as well.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Before zenloop we had answer rates below 10%, with zenloop and the NPS method we increased these answer rates to around 30%. This drastically helps us to gain valuable insights and enables us to act on these.

In generell we are really pleased with the product but there could be more integrations released
