The clean UI and it's fluidity.

It's very easy to use the ZenGo Wallet, even if you're not the most experienced crypto user.

It also feels very safe to use and it's very cheap comparing to others.

Wen dark mode? Ahah

They could also have Portuguese language, since there is a huge comunity that speaks that and don't really understand English or French.

The main problem for every crypto lover is undoubtedly the fees. When you're trying to make as much as possible, it's really important that you have a partner that doesn't charges you a ridiculous amount of money (fees).

Also, ZenGo is extremely fast as an OnRamp, so it suits me very well :)

The simplicity of it and its security. No hassle and full security. It's very easy to create an account and start running with it.

I use it anytime something crypto related comes up.

The support team is always helpful and the FAQ is good enough to help you navigate the main issues.

I feel that some obvious assets are missing from the list of supported assets and I don't understand why. XRP and HBAR being an example. It's the only reason for which I keep assets in other places...

I also feel that under each asset, wheter cryptocurrency or NFT, there should be the history of transactions for said asset. I should not need to go into the history tab to find a specific transaction under a specific asset.

Simplicity and security. I feel safe and it's easy to use. Not many other things are needed with these types of products.

I love that Zengo has a a large variety of crypto currencies to choose from. I also appreciate how easy it is to exchange and buy crypto on the platform. They give you a couple different options to choose from whenever buying crypto so you can choose what best suits you. Zengo is overall my favorite crypto currency wallet.

The only thing I didn't like about Zengo, which it doesn't seem to be much of a problem now, is the first time or two that I purchased on the platform I had verification troubles.

Ease of exchanging crypto quickly.

I was concerned about switching over from another provider especially being brand new to crypto. It has been an easy process to get to know and the c/s have been very prompt at addressing my questions. I am looking forward to familiarizing myself more as I learn from using my Zengo wallet everyday.

I'm still learning about the fees associated with using the third party exchanges for transferring cash from and to my banking account.

Zengo has provided a secure and easy to use wallet for me to deposit my salary from an online work platform and has allowed me to complete transactions with other users, as well as to and from my Canadian banking institution.

I have dabbled with bitcoins for many years but only ever occasionally, until now.

In the past I had 3 re-occurring issues, the exchanges I brought from, the wallets I used and finally the support I received from any company or exchange I dealt with.

The Zengo software has wiped away all my previous problems. Now I can buy a huge range of virtual currencies from multiple exchanges all from my Zengo wallet, as well as spend it or transfer it straight back into my bank.

To say its head and shoulders above its peers is completely true, but for me its also way ahead of any traditional banks apps. I use this app every day even if it just to check how everythings going.

I genuinely cant recommend this enough.

The only thing i get annoyed at now is the rare chance there is a hold up in a purchase of bitcoins.

However, I used to only buy bitcoins for specific purposes. Now I have the Zengo Wallet (which I trust completely) I tend to leave much more in it. Making the need for quick purchases of funds a very rare event.

The essential problem the Zengo Wallet solves for me is intergration. It works like all the best apps on your phone.

Essentially, the 'virtual wallet' has grown up.

I love the ZenGo wallet because it's super user friendly and very safe. It also is super easy to Wallet Connect to, and I love simplicity of the app and the way it shows your NFTs!

The only thing that I didn't like was sometimes trying to connect to the wallet from another site it would sometimes freeze and not load properly and I just cleared my history and it works fine

I really never have had issues with the ZenGo wallet besides sometimes trying to connect it would freeze and o would have to clear history and then it was fine!

The best thing I like about zengo wallet is the fact that it's linked with moon pay and it makes it extremely easy to buy Bitcoin and receive it directly to your zengo wallet,

There's nothing really I can dislike about zengo wallet as is the best security out of any other wallet provided from any other services. Only improvement that conveniently see is to improve the facial scanner, to be a bit more precise and accurate

Then go to solve the problem of buying Bitcoin safely and security and making sure that it goes off to the right wallet their partnership with moon pay is the best partnership they possibly have.

Up until right before I found Zengo, the only "crypto" type wallet/app I really knew anything about was cash app. There are so many things I still don't understand about crypto, but with Zengo everything has been ao easy to figure out. And the fees for transfers and stuff are so much better here than cash app. I love what Zengo has done for me so far, and I'm hoping I'm able to keep leaning and keep experiencing great things from here. ❤️

Everything is perfect! I haven't had any types of issues

I'm able to hold all of my different types of crypto in the game place and I'm super happy about that.

The MPC architecture makes this wallet a breeze to use without compromising on security. I think it is a perfect wallet to get started with crypto assets. I have setup several other wallets over the course of the last few years and this one is definitely the go to wallet for beginners or people that favors simplicity and security over anything.

I wished it supported more cryptos. Some top tiers crypto projects are missing. I also wished it supported the Lightning network for bitcoin. Would also love to see less expensive fiat ramp up options for Canadians.

Zengo frees me from thinking about seed phrase backups and other security issues. I can quickly access all the basic functionalities of a crypto wallet with a face scan within seconds.
