What I like most about Zendesk is the freedom we can give residents, prospects and vendors the forum to spread their concerns, ask questions and receive a timely response via email through messenger. It has phenomenally improved the emailing experience and relieved the need to filter and constantly clear out email/spam inboxes.
I dislike the tickets that have been closed/solved not filtering out of my "unsolved tickets" even though its been completed.
It is solving all major communication anonymity issues within companies and allowing users to be anonymous and/or speak freely without anonymity.
The CRM is user-friendly and does not require many instructions. However, much assistance is available through lessons, online chat, and email. The application is adaptable. We were able to modify settings or personal preferences to match our requirements. The ability to import names and pull information from Job portals is quite helpful. There is strong integration between support and chat, which is highly beneficial.
It has been beneficial thus far, and we enjoy that it can be customized to meet our requirements. There is nothing I dislike about it, and we are unable to identify any issues.
We are developing a system to track deals and relationships. The ability to synchronize emails and log discussions has proven to be one of the most significant unanticipated benefits.
PROS: Lead information can be easily dug up, even those who haven't been active in a year. Not to mention, Zendesk stores an impressive timeline overview for each contact so we can easily review it and connect with our leads based on our latest conversations. It also lets me know whether or not I'm successful with a lead so I can double my efforts to close the sale.
CONS: Zendesk has given us the perfect level of flexibility and support. There is nothing negative that I can say about it.
PROS: For me, the plus points of Base CRM are it offers fantastic features and an amazing mobile experience at an affordable cost.
CONS: I have no issues with the CRM software. But I would like to see iOS map integration in the "Location" part of the calendar. I can simply tap on the address to open the Maps app which would help me to find my destination easily.
