The speed of fixes and support is stellar.
The ZenCharts Schedule is not designed for practice management but does an excellent job for the scope it occupies.
Documentation automation and scale preparation.
It is very user friendly that presents a smooth workflow from admissions, to treatment planning, and everyday progress notes.
Zencharts does lack in reporting, but our organization does not seem to use that tool often. I understand improvements have been made.

Sometimes navigation is complicated. The more you use it the easier it gets.
We've been able to get rid of paper charts and can view charts remotely allowing us to collaborate easier.
I like that after being trained, I am able to make a lot of the edits that I need to forms so that I don't have to constantly ask for help or submit tickets for small changes. I like that I can schedule email notifications for a variety of things. I like that the system is completely customizable and allows you to have unlimited users and clients/patients. I love that we can fax from the system. The Systems Manager is very patient and thorough and helps me understand things better when I am confused.
There are often bugs or issues that I have to email tech support about and the solutions are slow or sometimes don't ever happen. Also when I email our Accounts Manager, it often seems like I am bugging her or annoying her and her answers aren't thorough, they seem rushed and she responds with one sentence or just a few words, so I am often just as confused as when I asked the question in the first place.
Make sure someone on your team is very tech savvy. It is easy for the end user, but difficult to set up.
I have access to every chart 24/7 and can easily look up any information that I need. I can leave warnings and notes for various things to alert others to certain issues. The "meta data" feature allows data to carry over from one form to another for a particular client so we don't have to keep entering things over and over. Many of the templates that come with the system are very useful. A lot of commonly used tests/evals/scales are included.
I like the waiting room feature that allows me to see all of my patients at once
Navigating the chart itself it a nightmare. Constantly being kicked out and challenging to find one part in an entire chart
It is easier to track daily groups with multiple facilitators
