the upsides of using zelos is its customer friendly ease of use. i was able to accomplish everything i needed to with it
i didn't find a lot of downsides. maybe a small learning curve but nothing beyond that
i'm able to do multiple tasks and earn through them all using zelos
Very responsive support and very user friendly experience. Had a fantastic experience with Ailan from Zelos
Nothing!! The entire experience was great.
The support you receive from the Zelos team is unparalleled. This is a company that actually cares and this translates in all that they do. From conception to finish, Zelos was a keystone in helping my small non-profit organization make a true difference in assisting the elderly and vulnerable population during covid-19. Would recommend this platform to anyone looking for a simple way to manage groups of people, whether they be peers, coworkers or volunteers. The website and app are very user friendly but were still able to to meet all of our demands.
Thank you very much for all your help along the way Zelos! Ailan especially was key in helping us succeed. Nothing but great things to say about Zelos :)
Zelos helped us set up a volunteer hub for completing tasks for vulnerable populations during COVID. Wouldn’t have been able to achieve an impactful initiative without their help.
Our team was using Zelos while organizing big cultural event with hundreds of small tasks. This app helped us a lot via tasks sharing tool for volunteers and to track workflow for overview. Volunteers got exited about collecting badges and some tasks were solved in a matter of seconds.
We cave some insight for developing team what to fix. Our ideas were heared and improvements made quickly afterwards.
You can send tasks to your employees effortlessly, it saves a lot of time and makes workflow more efficient. Enjoyed the photo- task option, at busy times one photo describes the task a lot quicker.
Intuitive, so easy to use, enabled me to easily coordinate a large team during the church's response to the Pandemic. Made light work of it.
Initially adding repeat tasks but that has changed since giving feedback
Repeat task entry was an issue as there were some weekly tasks- they soon put it right
Very simple and intuitive environment to work with. Our counsellors get notification immediately when counselling request is registered in our booking page. Zelos really helps us to prevent stress and burnout because it allows us to connect free slots and available counsellors! No more waiting 2 months to get psychologist time thanks to Zelos we can do it with 5 working days!
It's hard to fault. Maybe one thing to over check is that in mobile app ongoing tasks could be in opposite order, the most fresh on top not on bottom like it is right now or just add little extra button to choose which direction to sort.
There is nothing to lose, only win! :)
We are working as a network and it is very important to send same task to all our people and get fast response who can take the job so we can confirm booking to our customers.
Zelos is simple and minimalistic while still being more than feature rich enough for our basic purposes.
I would love to have deep linking so we can link users directly to our workspace.
A fantastic software and a fantastic team. Zelos is a great software for uncomplicated, intuitive task management. It's extremely simple to use and the push notifications are a real win.
We manage volunteer events with multiple NGO's and needed a simple way to schedule events, sign up attendees and send out push notifications. Zelos does all of this in a very simple and easy to use interface which we love.
It streamlines the communication between the manager and the volunteers perfectly. Whereas previously we would manage the volunteers via a Facebook group, tagging them to assign tasks and to get feedback on, we now do this via Zelos. It has given much more clarity to the process and sped it up. I also love the ability to group volunteers based and communicate with groups directly and the ability to give badges. The latter seems like a frivolity, but really makes the volunteers step up at times! We also considered Trello as an alternative option, but Trello has just too many features that the volunteers will never need and just get confused by, so we picked Zelos. It’s been working as expected!
I’d love if more of the management features were available in the app itself, not just the webapp, but I acknowledge that these are still the early days for Zelos ans they’ll get there eventually. Now that I think of it, the need to switch to the webapp for management stuff hasn’t meant that I haven’t been able to manage my volunteers via my phone, it’s just a slight inconvenience in the workflow.
We manage a team of volunteers via Zelos. Zelos has helped save time on assigning, tracking and receiving feedback on completed tasks.
I really liked the interface of this new tool which we have used as a replacement of Microsoft Teams.
It is easy to onboard the different vendors, partners and freelancers on this tool.
The only thing I noticed with this tool is that it is not very wide in terms of features as other collaboration tools out there, but still pretty fast and good for the use cases for SMB's/
It is a tool which is being used for multiple purposes in our team.
1. Interna/External team collaboration.
2. Vendors Communications.
3. Tasks and Tools management
4. Project Management
5. Scheduling.
Most helpful for me personally, is the ability to coordinate more than 150 people with one task, not doing same thing 20 times as before (okay I am exaggerating it a bit, it was just twelve, but still, makes the point).
We were using an Excel to make program more fun for youngsters (we created there more than 50 small tasks for them to do) and it did, no doubt. After we started using Zelos it reduces our time of creating them (now do not have to copy paste task for each team, but can just click and send it to all groups) but it increased the people who are doing it dramatically as well. Before there were active around 20-30% of the group, now around 75-90% percent.
Of course there are still many bugs at the same time customer service is fast and tailored so we get answers fast that again helps to reduce stress of having the bugs with a big team.
As said before, there are many bugs. For me to be honest, it is not so much as a thing to dislike, but more like a knowledge to acknowledge. If you are a start-up it is normal and as we are having a great customer service we acknowledge that it is okay as far with our problems are worked fast and we get answers so we could explain it to the ones we are using it, we are satisfied. As this has been done with us excellently we are more than proud to be users of Zelos.
I would use it a bit, as there is an option to have a free trial to see how it works. In the beginning we had ton of questions, as we got answers fast and customer service was very helpful little bugs were solved fast and with good quality so now it getting more like a stormy water that is calming down, everything is getting smoother and smoother over time as our experience with using it is growing. So my easy recommendation is just test it out, you may or may not like it, testing is best way to know it. Worked pretty well for us.
Same as repeated before in first question.
As Zelos is helping us to reduce our time and helps to engage volunteers more highly it works very well for us.
Additional benefit is besides those ones, that it actually helps us to have value-add tasks there as well, as we are collecting a lot of feedback through it and we see what tasks are more popular, taken faster etc.
So big-data side is plus too.
Overall, good application to use with a good vision for us in the longer term as well. Have had a great experience so far, probably can have a lot of fun with new functionalities in the future as well.

zelos has been invaluable in helping us collaborate our projects with willing contractors, it gives us real time insight into our peers schedules and availability.
The jump between the pro and the branded pricing is very steep, over $900 in difference just for white labeling and getting the additional functionality is a large price barrier.
Zelos allows us to have the in-house communication with contractors and 3rd parties that we have with our employees without giving them company resources such as Gsuite or Slack.
