Service is terrible. No sense of urgency to clients needs. Account Rep doesn't reply to emails or calls. Rep needs additional support. Follow thru is lacking, and ultimately leaving clients to figure it out on our own
Helping with the digital ID card. Our company doesn't have that yet and this will help bridge that gap while we find a partner to build this for us. We've had a lot of folks asking for this and this is an exciting launch for us to take part of!

Zelis is ahead of the game. They are always finding ways to make the member and provider experience better. They product team shows the innovation the company wants.
Their client and customer service is what is lacking. While they do any amazing job on products for member and providers, Zelis needs to start focusing on their clients needs and demands. Customer Sevice needs to be focused on, it's shortfall is prevent further implementation of new products in fear of their customer service.

Ease of use. Quick and easy to find and download eobs.
You can't download them as ERAs so it all has to be posted manually into system after downloading eobs.
If it can be downloadable as an ERA file so that it can be automatically posted to the accounts in our system that would make posting payments so much faster!
Finding breakdown of payments so they may be posted appropriately in our system.
There are many service options to choose from, but sometimes, it seems to be too many. Their payment services are terrific and easy to use, but adding in all other options becomes overwhelming.
There are many processes with rigid rules that are difficult to work around. My system is very detailed and functions to fit the needs of my clients, so there are times when I cannot accommodate the requirements.
Payment solutions are the first that comes to mind, some pricing issues as they arise but not consistently. I know there may be other solutions, but the time it takes to figure out what works best is out of my ability.
