Zego makes it easy for our residents to make payments through various channels for their rent. They can set up automatic, recurring payments, pay via CashPay (which works like a money order) or make one time payments through our rental portal.
I think that there are some times when ACH payments/transactions take a long time to clear, and this creates some stress for some of our residents, but other than that, I've been pleased with the service provided.

We had diffulting scanning money orders into our bank. They couldn't be read and therefore lots of time was being spent in bank corrections. We no longer accept money orders and use CashPay. We also use the online payment and therefore take in less checks.

We use Zego to allow residents at our apartment complexes to pay rent online. It has been very easy to implement and use. It integrates with our management software, which makes recording payments very easy. So far I have also had very good customer service.
There are only a couple of things I do not like about Zeog. When setting up users, it can be a little hard to make sure all fo the email notifications are selected, but it is also easy to go in and edit later.
Some of our management software does not have the built-in option for residents to make online rent payments. Zego allows us to add Zego Payments to our current software and websites so that residents can make rent payments online and the payments are recorded in our management software.

A convenient way for tenants to pay online. Payments are easily sent to our account. Quick response times when we have an issue that needs to be discussed. Easy integration with our Rent Manager software. Reasonable fees.
Sometimes it takes a few days for money to show coming out of tenant's accounts; they seem confused as to why the money is not taken out of their account immediately.
Zego is making paying rent easier for the tenants. They can set up automatic payments and forget it. We are also looking at requiring online payments and Zego has everything for this including their cashpay option for those individuals that refuse to transition to online payments.

I like how user friendly Zego is. The verbage is self explanitory as well.
From my expirence, the only dislike that I have about ZEGO is that when other networks crash such as Zelle, Cashapp, then the ZEGO network is down as well so things can go awry with processing payments.
