Sophisticated Platform

The software is clearly evolving, with the team being quick to address issues and highly responsive to feedback. I had a problem late at night, and the owner, Na'ím, personally jumped on a call to resolve it right away—extremely helpful and much appreciated.

The software is packed with features, which can sometimes make it feel less user-friendly at first. However, for anyone building a business with scalability in mind, this platform is undoubtedly the right choice. It generates excellent reports for both landlords and management companies, and its bookkeeping integration with Xero is uniquely innovative in the PMS space.

Definitely the right choice for us.

It's super helpful in managing our properties efficiently, and it's incredibly customizable.
With most CMs, you need to use an additional third-party platform to verify ID, sign Agreements or take security deposits; this is not the case with Zeevou, as you have all these functions in one place!


Plus, the support team is always friendly and helpful. When you sign up, you even get your own dedicated 'agent' - big shout out to Soleil! Haha!"

I am using Zeevou for 6 months, and really happy how they manage my operations for my business.
Any time I have any type of problems I could email "Sab" and she will respond swiftly and explain. Amd anytime there is some more complicated taks then I'll arrange a zoom meeting with "Sab" and she will give me her time amd explain everything patiently.

I joined Zeevou in September 2022, and I couldn't be happier. The system has all the functions you can think of to help run your business. The customer service is brilliant, and if you are ever in doubt about anything, you also have your assigned account manager, who is easily contactable. Sab has been fantastic, and I couldn't have done it without her.

We used Zeevou for about 3 years and is a very good PMS. Channel mapping is very convenient and easy to create listings. The Support Team is very helpful at all times.

On our onboarding session with Zeevou, we managed to come across Moira Parker.

Moira has in depth knowledge of the system and hand railed us thoroughly to get the system set up for us. Zeevou has lot more functionality which we have yet to learn and implement. However, we have an option to request online meeting with Zeevou Team.

So, far the experience with Zeevou Team is Great.

Happy with Zeevou so far. Has an integration with keynest which is a big time saver. Price is also reasonable
