A lot of varying factors that can go into not being able to take out an advance. Use of different pay codes from timecards would be nice.

Was tracking advances manually before.

So many ups! It enables employees to get money needed in minutes! They can avoid late fees or nsf. They can get weekly pay without costing the employer an extra processing fee. There are no costs to the employer. Employees can stretch their pay with gift cards and more!

I don't see any. It is easy to implement and easy to use. The sales and customer service is the best and it integrates with payroll so it doesn't require any extra time from HR to manage.

It provides an extra payout option to resolve payroll issues. It also helps with employee satisfaction and hopefully will show in retention and attracting new talent.

That it opens up the ability for employees to recieve the help they need when they are running short on the week.

That sometimes this idea is a slippery slope for employees.

Employees that are short on the week by 20-30 dollars that need that for gas to get by till payday.

We had an employee advance program that employees used but since we hopped on the Zayzoon train there has been alot less work on our end. We have been suprised how may employees have actually used this service.

There isn't anything we dislike so far..

ZayZoon is a great resource for employees. Feedback from participating employees has been 100% positive. From an administrative standpoint, the steps to implementing ZayZoon were very straightforward. I appreciate the check-ins and follow-ups from our ZayZoon support team, as well.

No downsides to ZayZoon. It is taking a bit of time for the program to catch on among our employees, but once people sign up, they are very pleased with the program.

ZayZoon is helping our company be more employee-centric and provide early access to employees' wages.

Not being able to provide funding to employees more than every other week

The best parts about Zayzoon are that it helps out our employees when they truly need it! It's been a blessing to be able to seemlessly get our employees the money they've earned when they need it. It's also lovely that we are able to use that as a recruiting perk when looking for new employees!

I personally do not think the employer site is the most user friendly.

It helps us have more candidates apply for our positions and keeps employees longer. It is also helpful to not have to process a loan or advance of payment to an employee, like we were doing before.

I really like being able to offer this to our employees. It gives them the ability to take care of any unforseen finacial circumstances. I also really like being able to send an employee a virtual giftcard to reward them for anything that we as a company would like to acknoledge them for. This was a very easy process and we have received very good support on getting it implementated.

The only thing I don't like is that when we signed up it pulled all of our previous employees from the payroll company and I can't delete them unless the actually try and sign up. Just don't like seeing the names every time I log in.

Right now I don't have any problems and never have at this point. Its been a very easy to get going.
