The layout and screen navigation makes sense. For example I can go from entering an invoice for an existing customer to editing the customer file and back to the invoice with just a click or two. There is allowance to create and use some customized fields. We use the custom field feature for things like customer PO number, tracking number and our website order number. I get responses in a timely manner when I ask for help.

It would help if some of the reports were a little more changeable to my particular needs. The reports are all the basic reports I need, just would like a little more flexibility when I want to do a little research.

One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address. We do a lot of drop shipments for our dealers and it has been great being able to enter and save multiple ship-to addresses for a single bill-to customer.

Again, ZarMoney has a tactical way of monitoring all the actions, more so the financial part, to avoid problems.

ZarMoney has a progressive plan, which is suitable for making solid financial steps or progressions.

ZarMoney is interconnected, making the whole managerial aspect in a company simplistic and gainful. Again, ZarMoney automates the tremendous hustle that employees make, increasing proficiency and productivity.

Lastly, ZarMoney is resourceful in matters business analysis and projections.

We run all of our company financials in Zarmoney, including inventory management, importing products from other countries, invoicing our customers, and billing features to pay our vendors. the application works very smoothly and has all the other features that we need. We looked at 10 other accounting solotion, they were either too few features or extremely expensive over $20,000 / y, this was the best after researching over 3 months and so far after 2 years we are very happy.

Nothing really; I wish they had more apps which they said they are working on. They have MailChimp, and that all we need now. We used to use Quickbooks, and Zar is much more user-friendly, and it's not buggy like QB,

We are a growing company so I hope they have more features as we are growing, features like a time clock, barcode scanner, and barcode printing options.

So simple and user freindly. Once you start using you'll love it.

Refunding and figuring out application of credit can get confusing

I've used several software packages and Zarmoney is by far the easiest to use and the most complete package, I don't like to spend hours working on books and Zarmoney save me a ton of time, I love that Zarmoney communicates with my bank and brings all my transactions into the cloud for me to review, categorize and accept, then it allows me to reconcile .Awesome

I can do all my daily chores on Zarmoney from Quotes and Invoicing to Product inventory and supplies to Overall accounting and single page business health or what you need to do to stop the bleeding. Much easier to use than all the other software I've tried. We are a small business that has its ups and downs like all other businesses and it truly helps to have Zarmoney in you office. I'm going to be a customer as long as Zarmoney offers their solution.

I find that ZarMoney is easy to use and Navigate through. It is user friendly, no guessing as a lot of applications through the years I have used is moreover the best in use and ease of navigation.

It is an essential part of a successful business to have, big or small. I would definitely recommend ZarMoney to business owners. The customer service is spot on when you need them. They are always available for you when you have questions and help . Great job ZarMoney!

i find with these systems that If it is not properly coded and engineered properly that most people that use these essential systems for their business become frustrated over time with lack of inconsistency and difficult to use.

The Benefits of using the system are that the organization and placement of the applications make it

easy to find and use even for the more difficult challenged computer people.

Zarmoney kept stock and inventory up to date and was easy to make invoices.

The integration possibilities are limited. For E-Commerce, we were very limited

We solved some inventory issues with Zarmoney and was very easy for our sales team to access and create invoices.

The features that you get for the nominal price that you pay. This is a tremendous value that is easy to use and absolutely comprehensive.

Zions Bank, or Nevada State Bank (business) is not setup in their system so I have to do a manual import. It is the only inconvenient thing about the program.

I am able to quote and invoice easily through Zarmoney. My customers can pay electronically and I have a lot of time left over to generate more sales.
