I had nearly not used the facebook integration to my CRM system the first yesr. After automatic renewal of my paid Zapier subscription, I contacted Customer Service to downgrade me to a free plan and get a refund for the 2. year. Unfortunately, it was just after the 30-day refund policy, but after reviewing my account usage, the Customer Service team made an exception and gave me the full refund and downgraded me to a free plan.
