It is the least expensive software compared to others, and allows you to have unlimited e signatures for the basic plan, unlike Docusign where you have a limited amount of e signatures before you have to upgrade.

Nothing. It has all the features I need.

Zapendo is at least half the price of other software systems and includes more features. Zapendo helps my businesses run smoother and quicker.

I am able to quickly send documents without anyone having to print or fax. This helps the systems in my business move quicker.

Document signing capability and templates.

Nothing. This product is amazing and has made my work so much easier.

Using Zapendo for contract management and eSignature saves a ton of time and helps me ensure the accuracy of my work.

The e-signature capability is great. It helps me track who has signed what. The product also allows me to send the same contract to different people and have them sign the same area without me having to set up the signature areas again.

I can easily see when contracts and work is due so I won't get hit with unexpected renewals anymore. I get alerts as well.

Solving different issues. One is contract renewals. Zapendo will alert me regarding expiration dates so I no longer get surprise invoices for items I no longer use. I can easily automate and control our contract process with a history of versions. They have something called smart forms so I can automate contract process much faster. We are currently exploring how to use the embedded forms-this is so cool.
