Exterro's tools and support staff are A1. The ablilty to streamline the legal hold process for our company will not only speed up our processes but also free up time for me.

I haven't found a downside to Exterro E-Discovery to date.

The ability to find a custodians data sources at a click of a button is amazing. I speeds up the production of this process ten fold.

The value offered by Exterro is unmatched in the industry. Exterro is core business partner of ours and we collaborate on new ideas to build features into their product road map. We use many products including Legal Hold EDDM Data Source Discovery Data Retention, Comprehensive Interview along with many other tools to manage our program. This allows us to have the confidence to know where data is located within our environment and allows us to have a world class eDiscovery program.

Connectors including Office 365 and ServiceNow have some opportunities for better integration.

Exterro has a well balanced platform that meets the needs of complex legal holds to meet all the requirements needed for an eDiscovery. We consider them valuable business partner of ours.

Having Exterro with the amount of litigation cases we handle allows us to deliver high quality results, while providing our company a lower total cost to in the eDiscovery space.

Excellent customer support and attentiveness to their customer's needs. The web UI is also very intuitive and easy to use. My customers love it compared to encase.

The licensing model of Exterior FTK is high. It isn't cost effective to add individual seats to a contract. I know they are working on it, but better API documentation and plugins INTO FTK.

Our company uses ZPA Zero Trust networking model. Our current tool doesn't work with the Zero Trust model and therefore we needed to find a tool that does.

What I like the best from Exterro Fusion is their UI. It's well defined and easy to use. They constantly add on more tools to help with navigation.

The downside is very minor since it's hosted on the cloud, sometimes you may have issues that require a ticket to be fixed. However, their support replies in timely manner.

Exterro maintains our legal holds for our matters on their application. The all-in-one application helps maintain the data we need for our holds.

We currently only use the Legal Hold platform. It helps us get hold notices out in a timely fashion and tracks the legal hold notices until matter is resolved.

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

Being notified when an employee leaves the company that is under a current legal hold. It assist us in tracking their O365 and laptops.

Interactive and easy-to-understand User Interface. They are continually updating their services to include new connectors to other systems. We always speak highly of Exterro as implementation was a breeze and the product practically runs itself.

Nothing I can think of - they are always available to support whatever your needs might be.

Once you compare to others, you'll find the choice is obvious - Exterro!

Legal Hold functionality is very low-touch and can run itself once set up properly, and Exterro helped to do just that!

The Legal Hold platform allows users to implement a complete legal hold workflow that includes sending notices, tracking responses, reminders, interviews, and reporting. The Employee Change Monitor helps notify employee status changes and legal hold status changes, while the In-Place Preservation feature helps preserve data.

The layout of the reporting features is confusing, and customizing permissions settings is complicated.

Automating the legal hold process, keeping up to date on employee status changes for employees on legal hold, collecting data from various sources, and being able to review documents for possible production.

I like the functionality and the options Exterro offers. We use it often in our company to remain in compliance with legal standards and I find it very user friendly.

There are some functions that I would like to see expanded or added. Sometimes when we have a vast amount of data to upload, a mass upload feature might be nice to have.

We have ways of keeping track of custodians and their data. It is easy to search to find employees or custodians who have left the company. Sometimes their information is very relevant to what we need to search and find.

I am just earning the responsibilities of my role but i love how easy the site is to navigate

I wish this session would have been longer or allowed for questions.

Adding additional features for changing custodians was helpful. This was a roadblock we have encountered when issuing legal holds for people no longer at the firm.
