Vituity has been using YouAttest tool to automate access reviews. This tool has saved us lots of work hours. Prior to this, it was all a spreadsheet-based manual process. The tool is easy to use and suits our needs very well.

Nothing specific to mention but Comprehensive testing after the new release is recommended and can make customer life easier.

Not having to do access reviews in a siloed approach and not having to keep emailing managers to complete the review/certification process.

There is not much to dislike about the tool itself. The challenge generally relies on the business and having the critical applications identified that need to be reviewed.

Traditionally access reviews have been a massive headache for businesses. In most cases, the company uses Excel spreadsheets to keep up with access levels and then emails managers to review access for their employees. This results in a massive amount of time continuously emailing managers and merging different Excel documents, which generally results in errors. Then the process repeats itself for the next application. YouAttest makes this effort much more manageable by reducing the stress of continuously reaching out to managers and minimizing the errors in merging various documents.

What I like the most about YouAttest is the ease of use and the ability to customize my audit in a CSV formate. I like the ability to automate some of the audits from Active Directory/Okta. This has saved me time to focus on other tasks.

I don't really dislike anything about YouAttest. It's an easy to use product and gets the job done when doing audits.

The problem YouAttest solves for me, is the ease of deployment when doing application user access audits to stay in compliant with the rules and regulations that our company is held to.

You attest is a next-generation company that automates Identity Governance and Auditing, in a real-time basis, with a best-in-class solution. Most vendors require a lot of time and money to execute their service offerings, while YouAttest is quick and cost-effective. I have been utilizing their service offerings successfully for SOX compliance, Cybersecurity and IT Compliance purposes. I would highly recommend them over other solutions that are more expective and less effective.

N/A. YouAttest follows thru on it's promises so I don't have any complaints about the product and services it provides. I would recommend the took to any organization looking to reduce risk at a reasonable price.

YouAttest is helping me with SOX Compliance, Cybersecurity Compliance and IT Compliance. In addition, they YouAttest is helping our GRC function manage risk across the organization.

What I like best about YouAttest is its simplicity. It is easy to use and not overly complicated. Also, YouAttest is an excellent way to document and validate security testing.

In my experience with YouAttest, I did not observe anything I particularly disliked. It gets the job done.

YouAttest is helping to solve the problem of user recertification. Before using YouAttest, user recertification was much more time consuming. Also, YouAttests helps with being able to validate supervisors are completing user reviews.
